The charming main lake house offers the perfect space for your family and friends getaway. With its many windows, you’re treated to breathtaking views of the water and surrounding woods. The open-concept living/kitchen space features cozy furnishings, a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for gathering with family and friends. Step outside onto the spacious deck, where you can savor your morning coffee or host sunset barbecues, all while overlooking the lake. A fire pit provides the perfect touch to your vacation enjoyment. A private dock invites you to explore the lake with kayaking, fishing, or simply lounging by the water's edge. No boats permitted. Each bedroom offers ample space and comfy beds, ensuring restful nights, while the master suite boasts an en-suite bath and its own private balcony.
Bunkhouse (up to 6 guests)
Just a short stroll up from the main lake house, the large bunkhouse is the ultimate retreat for older kids and adults alike. This cozy space is designed with fun and comfort in mind, featuring multiple bunk beds to accommodate a crowd. Warm wooden countertops and furniture give off an inviting woodsy atmosphere, while a full equipped kitchen allows for extra help in preparing delicious meals for the entire group. Large glass slider views of the surrounding woods, as well as lake view from the shared bedroom. Making the bunkhouse an unforgettable spot for extra summer adventures and cozy getaways. New lake view, hot tub installed 1/31/25. The hot tub sits just off the bunkhouse and the ramp that leads to the main house.
Sorry you may not bring your boat. There is no tying to the dock and no mooring.

Boyne City is a community of mixed travel. This home is set amongst a charming Boyne City neighborhood. Streets are lined with sidewalks where people say hello to one another while walking their dogs. We welcome guests that travel from all over to enjoy the natural beauty of northern Michigan. Of course one of our favorites is beautiful Lake Charlevoix which sits right outside your door. We have pontoon boats available for rent as well as a MOBILE SAUNA large enough for your whole group! Inquire for more info. Options for the entire family! 2 separate houses on the Lake Charlevoix!
