The best of both worlds is what we love about Potter Place. If you are visiting Denver for work or pleasure - we offer you a perfect spot to rest and play in the heart of the Queen City on the Plains.
Discover this superb 3-bedroom gem in Denver. This enchanting house features 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, perfect for a cozy stay. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine, guests can relax and unwind. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with luxury towels and hair dryers as well as one steam shower. Location, location, location! The location of this home cannot be beat. Minutes to some of Denver’s best restaurants, yoga studios, fitness centers, wellness spots it is an urban oasis. Looking for great eats? Visit nearby restaurants which include authentic Mexican food, Asian, Michelin Star dining and much more - some of the best available in Colorado.
Potter Highlands, one of Denver’s original neighborhoods, is located just outside of Downtown Denver. Enjoy an abundance of live sporting and concert events with easy access to Empower Field at Mile High, Ball Arena, Coors Field, The Mission Ballroom, Ogden Theatre, Bluebird Theatre, Red Rocks Amphitheater and many more.
If the great outdoors is your thing, then explore the Front Range Foothills with a reasonable drive to Golden, Morrison, Boulder and only an hour from many ski resorts. Local resorts include: Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail and Beaver Creek.
