Highly recommend!

We loved staying in this beautiful condo! Everything is as described on the listing. The home itself is warm and inviting, modern, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Tara is an excellent and communicative host who ensured we had all the info we needed every step of the way, which made everything super easy for us. I’m looking forward to coming up with a reason to travel back to the beautiful NH mountains so I can stay here again. :)

Great condo close to Loon

This property was easy to book. The place was beautifully decorated. It was very clean, beds were nice, lots of little touches to make us feel welcome. The shuttle bus was a great added bonus. Tara was a wonderful host.

Awesome Condo

We have a family of 5 and booked this condo for a ski get away. Condo was amazing! The place had plenty of room for us, it was clean, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect and access to the village of loon pool was fun to have. Can’t beat skiing/boarding at Loon and would absolutely stay here again.

Great mountain condo

Our family stayed up at Loon for the long weekend and had a great time. The condo was pristine and well appointed. There was an easy check in process and the host was extremely responsive. The condo was perfect for our group.

AMAZING from start to finish

We came up to enjoy some snow activities and take in the scenery. This house for the 6 of us couldnt have been more accommodating, cozy and clean! We will be back!

Great location, Vibe and Owner!

This place is perfect location to Loon Mountain and all the shops and restaurants along the main road.The property itself is modern, updated and true to description. Well stocked kitchen, nice furniture, cool ski vibe, etc. Furniture wasn't worn, linens and towels were clean and all the lights worked etc.Location-wise it's amazing. The condo is serviced by a Shuttle that is school bus sized with ample capacity, and comes about every 20 mins or so. Just throw your skis on the rack and jump on in your gear/boots, etc. The great thing is that the shuttle ONLY services the street the condo is on, so it goes up, back down, and then three minutes and you are at the lodge.The condo was not cold. We woke up one of the mornings to -2 degrees outside, but warm and comfy inside. The instructions are clear on how to make sure the whole building gets heat, we were all comfortable as we were two families that occupied all the floors.Finally Tara is a great host, and highly responsive to questions,etc. We had a few initial ones before we got there, then some while we were there an responses were within 20 mins, usually sooner. Very nice there.All in all, we can recommend without hesitation.

Great house. Master bedroom cold.

We had a great stay. Only complaint was that the heat was shut down in master bedroom. It was very cold.

Clearbrook's location is ideal. 4 minute drive to Loon Mountain with free ski shuttle right outside the front door. Right off the scenic Kancamagus Highway nestled in the beautiful White Mountains with endless hiking, biking, fishing, and skiing!

The condo is an end unit with lots of natural light. Furnishings are new, clean, fresh, and the space has plenty of room for the whole family!
