This unique property on 4 Sprunt Pond Road is a cool mid century modern beach house that is the perfect home for vacation entertaining! This home has it all: steps to the beach path, a brand new pool and hot tub, 5 comfortably appointed bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a large family room with oversized and abundant seating, a kids loft with TV and bean bags, a screened in porch, and a beautiful modern kitchen. This home is located in Sea Pines, home to the famous Harbor Town Marina and Golf Course, Salty Dog Cafe, Lawton Stables, countless restaurants and shops, and miles of walking/biking paths. Guest of 4 Sprunt Pond will enjoy wide, under populated beaches and because of it location, the best sunsets on the island!

**Pool and hot tub can be heated for $75 a day times the number of days you book (must be for the full stay). That fee is not included in the rental.

**Sea Pines parking pass required per car and you will be required to pay per car ( as of 2025 that fee is $15 per car). That fee is not included in the rental.

Great Family Beach Reunion

This house was a great find for our family of 6. There is plenty of room to spread out and do your own thing or great areas for family time. The location can not be beat. It’s about a block and half from the beach…an easy walk and a 5 minute drive to the Salty Dog or Harbor Town. The house everything you need (except beach towels) to cook or grill, to hang out at the pool, go to the beach…it’s definitely a great house for a group. We would highly recommend this house to our friends and we would book it again.

Great house and location

The house and location couldn’t be beat. Close to the beach and the kids were able to bike to all the good spots on the Sea Pines property. The beach was not crowded at all despite being there at one of the busiest times of the year. The house inside was beautiful and the pool was great after a long day at the beach. We loved it and will be back!

Great Stay in Sea Pines

Two families with 6 children had a wonderful stay here. The location is great, a short walk to the beach and bikeable to Salty Dog, Harbor Town, and many restaurants. The pool was a lot of fun and there’s also a beautiful view of a pond with wildlife. The house is clean and has a well-stocked kitchen. The owners were very responsive, and we would definitely stay again!

Great trip!

We had an incredible stay at this house! It was absolutely perfect for our group of three families — spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a fun and relaxing vacation. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with both the kids and adults, and the short walk to the beach made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The home had everything we needed, and you can tell it’s well cared for. We loved every minute and are already hoping to return next year!

Perfect get away

The property was beautiful and the managers/ owners communication was astounding!!! The location is perfect. A short walk to the beach and the salty dog. When not at the beach the pool and hot tub area was immaculate. Would definitely come back and stay again!

Nice clean house. The house has been renovated and the pool and hot tub are nice and new as advertised. It has a Keurig machine and coffee pot if coffee is important. We were there for golf so we never went to the beach. If I had anything negative to say is that 2 of the bedrooms are up a spiral staircase with no bathroom upstairs. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms downstairs. Watch your step going into the sunken kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home

Had an amazing time and was perfect for our girls trip reunion. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. Also, we did see alligators swimming around in the lake behind the house! They didn’t bother us or come out of the water. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!

Perfect vacation spot with littles!

My family of 11 stayed in Lauren and Dan’s place over Spring Break and it couldn’t have been better. Our boys LOVED the heated swimming pool, our trip was in March with an average high of 70 degrees and we all comfortably swam. The walk to the beach was short and easy with the kids and loads of gear. The location is also conveniently close to The Salty Dog and Harbour Town. The house itself was the cleanest house I’ve ever stayed in. The beds are awesome, and there was conveniently a pack n play with sheets for our 1 year old to sleep in. We plan on booking this house every Spring Break!

Hilton Head Gem

The location of this property was really great- we loved the easy bike ride to the Salty Dog, the Harbor Town shops, and the super short walk to the beach. We comfortably fit 3 families and enjoyed the large beds, the beautiful open kitchen/great room, and the cute area in the loft for the kids to sleep and hang out. We would love to come back when the pool and hot tub go in! We could not have picked a better place to stay!!!

Hilton Head (AND THIS PROPERTY) Has Our Hearts

We loved everything about our visit to Hilton Head. 3 moms and 3 high school seniors had the best visit to this fantastic property in Seapines. Easy walk or bike ride to South Beach and the marina with Salty Dog restaurant, ice cream and shops. Easy bike ride to Seapines Beach Club and Harbour Town! Property owners were kind and so easy to get in touch with. House was perfect with so much space and gorgeous pool. Kitchen had everything you could need and the were more towels than we could even use. We loved that!! We had the best 5 days of biking, walking, pooling, beaching and dining!! Do not look any further for the most perfect place to stay in Seapines/Hilton Head. We can not wait to visit again!!

Wish we had more time at this home!

We really enjoyed our stay at 4 Sprunt Pond! The house had plenty of space for our large group - big dining table for meals and games, a group of club chairs for cocktails or cards, oversized couches to relax on and huge TVs in all the rooms. The kids loved the loft space and we all enjoyed the separation it provided us. The location of the home is great! Just a short walk to the beach access. That part of the beach is the best in Sea Pines! We will book this home again!

Birthday celebration

A lovely property that fit our family beautifully. The living and kitchen space was large enough for the 9 of us to move around freely, plus an area in the loft with bean bags and a TV, if the kids needed even more space. The kitchen offered everything we needed to have several meals at the vacation house. There's a nice large table for everyone to sit at during meals. We were the lucky recipients of a brand new Weber grill to make use of during our stay. Windows on all sides let in plenty of daylight, and night time lighting was bright. The pool absolutely made the trip a hit with the kids. A really nice feature of the pool is a shallow shelf that allowed the 2 1/2 year old plenty of safe water play. The adults took enjoyment in the hot tub at night. I did request the pool and hot tub be heated during our visit in mid April. It was worth every penny. The beach was a short walk away and actually quite deserted during our stay. The only issue we discovered was the need of another bathroom. The four occupants in the loft shared a bath with the occupants of a bedroom on the main level. All in all, it was a wonderful home and we would definitely return to it. I have already recommended it to some people thinking about a Hilton Head vacation. Thank you for making my 75th birthday so memorable.

This house was very deceiving!!!! The two "bedrooms" on the 2nd floor were no bigger than closets. To add insult to injury, to access these "bedrooms" you needed to go up a spiral staircase that was quite narrow. It would be next to impossible for young children or elderly to access. There also was no bathroom on that floor so you had to go down this staircase in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. The new "heated" pool and hot tub were quite nice but you MUST read the fine print. Although they are featured in the listing, you are required to pay an additional 75/night for the heat to be turned on. Once we paid the additional fee for this amenity, on numerous occasions we had to go to the utility box on the side of the house to reset the breaker. The electrical system didn't seem to be able to keep up these new additions. This house would be fine for 4 or 5 adults that don't have to use the upstairs, or college kids that do not mind climbing the spiral stairs. It certainly isn't designed to accommodate 8 adult men in their 50's....
