This unique property on 4 Sprunt Pond Road is a cool mid century modern beach house that is the perfect home for vacation entertaining! This home has it all: steps to the beach path, a brand new pool and hot tub, 5 comfortably appointed bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a large family room with oversized and abundant seating, a kids loft with TV and bean bags, a screened in porch, and a beautiful modern kitchen. This home is located in Sea Pines, home to the famous Harbor Town Marina and Golf Course, Salty Dog Cafe, Lawton Stables, countless restaurants and shops, and miles of walking/biking paths. Guest of 4 Sprunt Pond will enjoy wide, under populated beaches and because of it location, the best sunsets on the island!

**Pool and hot tub can be heated for $75 a day times the number of days you book (must be for the full stay). That fee is not included in the rental.

**Sea Pines parking pass required per car and you will be required to pay per car ( as of 2025 that fee is $15 per car). That fee is not included in the rental.

This property is amazing and I highly recommend. The home is beautiful inside and out and had all of the amenities we needed. My family throughly enjoyed the property and we will be booking again for next year!

Loved the location and walking to the beach. Beautiful pool and spa plus views of pond. Listing should be more forthcoming about the fact that two of the advertised rooms are upstairs with a very steep spiral staircase and NO BATHROOM upstairs. There was no remote to change volume on the tv and we continually had to plug/unplug kitchen items because there was only one plug for four appliances - microwave, toaster, Keurig and coffee maker. Overall a great home for our group.

Excellent location for access to South beach as well as all of SeaPines community. Loved the big great room for all of our guests and especially the outdoor pool space for relaxing after a day at the beach or nites when we decided to grill dinner. Definitely will return back to SeaPines for a future family getaway.

This was a great space for our family of 6 adults & 5 kids between 8 months & 10 years! The quick walk to the beach was fantastic & we loved being able to go back & forth several times a day. It’s a great location & the bike riders in our group could get everywhere they wanted. We’ll be glad to rent this house again. I

We just loved the property! The location is perfect distance to the beach and the backyard was just stunning! The hot tub and pool were a perfect touch. The kitchen was well equipped and the Maine level was nice and open just like the pictures and accommodated us all comfortably!

We had a wonderful time at this property! It’s such an easy walk to the beach and the pool was fantastic. We also all enjoyed the nice view of nature out the back. We weren’t expecting that! The layout was really conducive to multigenerational family time and my son enjoyed the Alll Clad panini press so much we may have to get him one for Christmas. :)

House is in need of a makeover.. master sink was slow to drain, master bathroom outlet didn’t work, TV in master bedroom wouldn’t work, bathroom door in back hall needs adjustment, everything in back of fridge froze, wasp nest somewhere in house (killed about 3).. location was great.. great common area for large group, pool was awesome!

This property was perfect for our vacation on Hilton Head Island. It was perfectly prepared for our arrival. Everything was clean and fresh. The check-in directions were perfect. The house is beautifully decorated and very open concept. It provides multiple seating areas both inside and out. The large windows and sliding doors provide a bright setting with a perfectly gorgeous view over the pool area and a nearby pond. We enjoyed our morning coffee while viewing the outdoors. The screened back porch was a comfortable place to be near the pool but still catch up on a golf tournament on the tv. The beach access was a very short walk from the house. It was a well cared for path and a beautiful, quiet beach. We used the company suggested by the hosts to rent beach chairs and umbrellas which were placed for us every morning. We visited the Salty Dog Cafe which was a quick drive away and Harbour Town for a dinner. We would totally visit here again. Thanks to our hosts for sharing their beautiful home!

Perfect get away

The property was beautiful and the managers/ owners communication was astounding!!! The location is perfect. A short walk to the beach and the salty dog. When not at the beach the pool and hot tub area was immaculate. Would definitely come back and stay again!

Great Stay in Sea Pines

Two families with 6 children had a wonderful stay here. The location is great, a short walk to the beach and bikeable to Salty Dog, Harbor Town, and many restaurants. The pool was a lot of fun and there’s also a beautiful view of a pond with wildlife. The house is clean and has a well-stocked kitchen. The owners were very responsive, and we would definitely stay again!

Great house and location

The house and location couldn’t be beat. Close to the beach and the kids were able to bike to all the good spots on the Sea Pines property. The beach was not crowded at all despite being there at one of the busiest times of the year. The house inside was beautiful and the pool was great after a long day at the beach. We loved it and will be back!

Great trip!

We had an incredible stay at this house! It was absolutely perfect for our group of three families — spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a fun and relaxing vacation. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with both the kids and adults, and the short walk to the beach made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The home had everything we needed, and you can tell it’s well cared for. We loved every minute and are already hoping to return next year!

This house was a great find for our family of 6. There is plenty of room to spread out and do your own thing or great areas for family time. The location can not be beat. It’s about a block and half from the beach…an easy walk and a 5 minute drive to the Salty Dog or Harbor Town. The house everything you need (except beach towels) to cook or grill, to hang out at the pool, go to the beach…it’s definitely a great house for a group. We would highly recommend this house to our friends and we would book it again.

Hilton Head Gem

The location of this property was really great- we loved the easy bike ride to the Salty Dog, the Harbor Town shops, and the super short walk to the beach. We comfortably fit 3 families and enjoyed the large beds, the beautiful open kitchen/great room, and the cute area in the loft for the kids to sleep and hang out. We would love to come back when the pool and hot tub go in! We could not have picked a better place to stay!!!
