There are three stylish bedrooms, one king-size bed and two with comfortable queen beds. One spacious bathroom has a tub/shower combination, tall vanity, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, blow dryer, extra toilet paper and trash bags.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
The bungalow style home was built in 1997 and features a large refrigerator, deep stainless steel sink, glass electric stove top and dining area that offers plenty of room to comfortably host family dinners. We provide everything you'll need to cook a delicious family meal including cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher pods, cutting boards, cookie sheets, and more. The dining table can comfortably seat four people.

☆☆ LIVING ROOM with Smart TV ☆☆
Open living area is equipped with a 55-inch smart TV to stream all your favorite shows, as well as a comfortable L-couch, comfortable chair, a collection of board games, and magazines!

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
While there are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, the house also provides its own outdoor space for guests to enjoy. There's a front porch with a table and two chairs and a private screened porch in the backyard with another table and two chairs. There is a large shed in the backyard if you need to store bikes, or extra items for longer stays.

☆☆ Other Things to Note ☆☆

-Dogs are welcome but the yard is not fenced.
-The garbage disposal switch is under the sink.
-To access the screened in porch you need to use the side door and walk outside.
-Cordless blinds can be fully opened by pushing up from the bottom. To close gently pull down.
-Our home is situated on a spacious wooded lot. While we take pride in keeping the property clean and well-maintained, please be aware that occasional encounters with nature—like spotting a bug or two—are possible. This is a normal part of life in a wooded area, and we appreciate your understanding!
-There is a train nearby so on occasion you might hear the choo choo.
-This home is in a vibrant urban neighborhood so you could experience some normal city noise or construction from time to time but normally it's a quiet neighborhood.
-There is a sweet little bird who likes to tap on the outside of the kitchen window occasionally.

Your safety matters. So we have outfitted the property with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors as well as fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

You will have private access to the entire home for the duration of your stay, including the outdoor spaces.

Free parking is available in a private driveway and can accommodate up to two vehicles. Street parking is also available.

We comply with and exceed all COVID-19 VRBO sanitizing regulations and take extra measures to sanitize ALL bedding (including pillows) with enhanced steam sanitation between each guest.

NO Smoking/vaping of ANY kind inside the house.
NO EVENTS or large gatherings are allowed under any circumstances.
RESPECT the City of Durham’s “Quiet Hours” from 11pm to 7am.
NO live music.
DO NOT flush anything except human waste and toilet paper. There is a trash can in the bathroom.
ONLY use black make up wash cloths for removing makeup.
DO NOT leave doors or windows open without screens.
DO NOT run HVAC with doors and/or windows open.
LOCK all windows and doors when you leave the home.
NO candles, incense or other flammable objects.
DO NOT cook or prepare meals in any room other than the kitchen.
DO NOT tamper with the Wi-Fi.
DO NOT tamper with external cameras.
Overnight guests must be on the reservation. Exception requests must be communicated to the host in advance.
We love our four-legged friends but…
-DOGS must be in a crate when you are not home.
-DOGS must be on leash at all times when outside the fenced yard.
-DO NOT leave dogs in the backyard when you are not home.
-If allowed on furniture, please cover furniture with YOUR dog blankets.
