For those arriving by public transport, the property is conveniently located near bus routes, offering easy access to downtown Pittsburgh and surrounding neighborhoods. Travel time to the heart of the city is approximately 10-15 minutes by car or bus. Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) is about a 25-30 minute drive away. Free street parking is available, but please be mindful of street cleaning schedules.

This home is part of a duplex unit. The two units are mirror images, meaning exactly alike in terms of size, design, and layout. Only one of the homes is pet friendly (this one, the one on the right of the building).
