This ground floor condo situated directly on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico has sweeping views, and your own patio so you can walk right out to the white sandy beach! At 920 square feet, you will enjoy the 1 bedroom, along with a hallway bunk alcove and 1.5 bathrooms. This beautiful condo will sleep up to 6 people. It features tile flooring thru out the condo and a living/dining room looking right out to your patio and the pool. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with Granite counter tops will be a joy to entertain in. A washer and dryer are located inside this unit for your convenience. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. So, come relax and enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use | This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Nice place to stay for two people

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed on the first floor and I really enjoyed being able to walk directly to the beach. My husband likes higher rise but I enjoyed not going up and down stairs or elevators. The location was central to eating and shopping.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying here. The unit was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. Check in was very easy! We really enjoyed the chairs and the umbrella that was included with the room! There was only two small issues with the room. The mattresses on the bunks were very very thin and a spring poking through, and the couch had a smell to it.
