Great unit, plenty of room, great location for us, good deal.
Our family of 6 was looking for a good place to stay, with three separate bedrooms, and at least 2.5 baths, that wasn’t astronomically priced. This unit was perfect. The bedrooms were the perfect size for my wife and I in the master bedroom, my daughter and her boyfriend in the second bedroom, and our other daughter and her friend in the 3rd bedroom. The two bathrooms with showers were good sized and well equipped, and the 3rd bathroom downstairs was confident as well.
Downstairs area has a ton of room. The kitchen area is large and well equipped for cooking meals and groceries when you don’t want to go out. The dining room seats 6 comfortably with a large table and chairs. The living room area is big with plenty of room for sitting and watching tv. And there’s also a sunroom on the back, with more seating room, making the unit feel even larger.
The unit was good cleanliness wise, and is kept in good condition. We only had two minor issues while we were there. One was the hot water heater was turned off at the breaker when we arrived, but we figured out how to turn it on after chatting with the host. The other issue was there was a water main issue in the sub one night, and they shut off water to the entire sub for about 8 hours overnight one evening without notice (not the hosts fault, as everyone was affected). It was a just a random fluke.
Location was great for us and communication with Eric was easy/helpful when we needed it. We would definitely stay here again!
