Schönes Haus mit Pool

Das Haus mit Pool ist genauso wie beschrieben. Es ist gepflegt und bietet eigentlich alles was gebraucht wird. Poolservice kommt 1x Woche zum reinigen. Vermieter ist für Probleme und Rückfragen gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt in einem reinen und ruhigen Wohngebiet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Umgebung zahlreich vorhanden.

Home was very clean. Pool was cold but very refreshing. Did not stop us from using. Home has everything we needed and more. Marco was very fast to respond to any questions we had during our visit. Will definately recommend and go back.

comfortable home with nice pool

This property was as advertised with the exception of the washing machine. It was not in satisfactory working order because it would only agitate on the delicate cycle. We contacted the owner and the only way we could resolve the problem was to do our laundry on the delicate cycle during our entire stay. We are not happy with the manner in which this situation was handled and for this reason we cannot recommend this rental.

We were very happy with our stay. The rental met all our needs and is centrally located.

The neighborhood is very friendly and safe. I ran most mornings and was greeted by many people walking, riding bikes or walking their pets. The home is well equipped and was very comfortable. We would definitely consider renting the home again!

Nice house in quiet neighbourhood.

Tidy house with well equipped kitchen and excellent bbq. Comfortable memory foam mattresses and nice linens. Pool is lovely however, unheated and never warmed up sufficiently to use due to cool night temperatures. Short walk to a strip mall with small local grocery store and a few casual restaurants. Owners were very responsive.

Wonderful!!

It really was everything I hoped for and more. The home was clean, comfortable and inviting.Marcos was accommodating and quickly answered any concerns I may have had. The neighborhood was kept up nicely and I felt comfortable at all times. The pool area was spacious, ample seating and the grill clean and easy. Personally I would have loved a heated pool but the sun was doing a great job!! I definitely would not hesitate to stay here again and do look forward to it in the future 👍👍👍

Good stay

We didn’t stay inside for much of our trip, but the home met our needs. Updated appliances, nice pool, laundry on site,all was great. Marcos was fantastic and the one small item we did have to reach out to him on was addressed quickly. Central to Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, close to Miami. Nice place! Thank you Marcos!

Enjoyable stay

Our family of 4 did spend a week in this lovely house. All facilities available, clean and spacious. Close to I95 so easy access. Even after some minor issues found Marcos reactes quickly. We also love the neighbors who helped out with the initial missing key Can recommend the house and if we ever get back to the FL area this is definitely top of our list

Ett fint hus med alla bekvämligheter i ett lugnt och säkert område. Man behöver dock bil för att ta sig till stranden eller andra attraktioner i området. Dess Pool är husets höjdpunkt som familjen lätt kan samlas runt och svalka sig mellan strandbesöken. Kort o gott ett toppenboende 👍

Die Möbel total abgewohnt. Die Sofas verdreckt. Ein Schlafzimmer kein Rollo. Pool verschmutzt. Küchenschublade mit Kakerlake verschmutzt. Vermieter wollte Kammerjäger um 4 Uhr vorbei schicken. Die Unterhaltung war anfangs in Ordnung per e-mail. Als dann Kritik aufkam wurde sie nicht mehr so freundlich. Keine klaren Anweisungen und keinerlei Einweisung. Man musste Gärtnerarbeiten übernehmen. Dann kam auch noch der Sheriff zu Besuch, da mehrmals in diesem Haus Trouble war. Wir sind total enttäuscht. Die Nachfrage zu einer Entschädigung wurde einfach abgebrochen und die Sache ist erledigt. Ich würde es niemanden empfehlen.

Exceptional!!!

I’ve rented a few homes, this home is definitely one of my favorite. The house is beautiful, well kept, and in a great neighborhood. My only issue was that the home was not available at check-in due to the cleaning crew tardiness. I would still rent and recommend this lovely home.

Absolutely the perfect home and stay.

Being from Michigan we were excited to get away from the cold. The house is charming, clean, has everything you need, and way more. The neighborhood is exactly like described green, safe, and a great place for a bike ride or walk. We brought our 7 month old son with us and felt completely comfortable walking at night and early in the morning. The pool was clean, warm, and a very well kept yard. All the stores we needed were close and a quick drive to the beach. We without a doubt will stay here again. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

We loved this vacation.

The home is everything you need, great convienent location, very clean and well equipped.everything you need to feel at home. We really enjoyed the pool area, there’s a nice gas grill. The owners replied to any emails I had promptly. There were 3 of us so one more lounge chair would of been nice, the only other problem was that a week wasn’t long enough! Thank you for sharing your home.

Great little house!

My husband and I rented this house for the month of February,2017. We enjoyed our stay. The location is great , two minutes to I-95 and maybe 10 minutes to the quaint area know as Lauderdale by the Sea. Great restaurants down there and live street music Saturday. Parking can be difficult but for the extra few dollars I would suggest the valet parking.The house is in an older area but quiet and safe. We are runners and felt very comfortable on our morning runs. The pool was really nice to have , not heated but nobody's is in the south. Swam a few very hot days. We enjoy BBQ 's and the one provided in the backyard was new and clean. Well equipped kitchen ,newer appliances and clean. One small issue I suggested to the owner the need for a small dresser in the bedroom and perhaps some blinds or drapes in kitchen and dining area. We found some tablecloths and put them over the windows it worked fine. All and all a great little house. Many thanks Marco we enjoyed our trip and your rental.

We love our home, and we are sure you will love it too. The house is convenient located close to all the action, and at the same time, the neighborhood is quiet, friendly and very green. You will love to stroll around, enjoy the pool and backyard with everything you need for your vacation. Our house has an open layout and windows all around giving you a true experience of a beach home. Take Commercial Blvd. If you don't know Fort Lauderdale we will be happy to give you all the information you need to gave a great time. When you stay a few days or a whole month you will know why we decided to have this place as our vacation home.
