Cozy 3-Bedroom Beachside Getaway – Steps from the Sand!

Welcome to your charming beachside cottage—perfect for families, couples, or friends looking for a laid-back coastal escape! This ground-floor 3-bedroom, 1-bath cottage is part of a peaceful 3-unit property in Cape Canaveral, just over a block from the beach. With beachy cottage decor, comfy beds, and a welcoming vibe, you’ll feel right at home the moment you walk in.

Enjoy access to a private pool shared only with our guests, a recreation area, and a common room with laundry. We’ve thought of the little touches to make your stay easy, from outdoor grills (both gas and charcoal) to complimentary cleaning and laundry supplies.

The Space:
This cozy cottage is styled with breezy beach décor and comfort in mind. It features:

A queen bedroom with a plush pillowtop mattress
A second bedroom with twin beds and soft linens
A third sleeping space in the den for added flexibility
A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and plenty of towels, including beach towels, and hospitality soap, lotion, conditioner & shampoo to start.
A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need—from cookware to a drip coffee maker
Two flat-screen TVs with DirecTV and fast Wi-Fi
A stacked washer and dryer are available in the common room
Your stay also includes two reserved parking spaces and full access to the on-site pool, outdoor grill area, and the shared guest lounge.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet beachside neighborhood, you’re just a short stroll to the sand and surf. There’s also public beach parking at the end of the street if you prefer to drive. Cocoa Beach Pier and Port Canaveral are just minutes away, and you're close to local dining, Kennedy Space Center, and other family-friendly attractions. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the Space Coast lifestyle!

Getting Around:
While some places are within walking distance, we recommend having a car for your stay. Uber and local cab services are available, and the Space Coast Area Transit bus runs just a few blocks away on A1A.

Dog-Friendly Property
We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs under 60 lbs. A pet fee applies to help us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Dogs must be leashed in common areas, rinsed after the beach, and kept off furniture and out of the pool. Please clean up after them and be mindful of local beach restrictions. Things to Know:

Trash must be bagged and placed in the outdoor bins on the south side of the building. Trash days are Tuesday and Friday mornings.
Please only flush provided (Charmin) toilet paper—no wipes, hair, grease, or toys (yes, even G.I. Joe).
Clean the grill after each use and replace the grease tray from the storage area.
The pool and common areas are for quiet enjoyment—no parties, loud music, or late-night swims.
We’ve put these guidelines in place to ensure a relaxing and respectful environment for all guests. Many of these are based on real experiences (we’ve seen it all!), and we appreciate your help keeping this space peaceful and fun for everyone.
