Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, this two bedroom townhome ensures that you'll never have to look far to find local attractions, places to eat or even just put your toes in the sand. Casita Miramar is part of the Ocean Breeze community, a newly-built townhome complex with modern amenities and all of the comforts of home to ensure a relaxing vacation on the Outer Banks.
Inside the home, you'll find an open and airy living area with plenty of space to spread out all while still being close enough to never miss out on any of the memories being made. Enjoy your meals at the kitchen island or at the large dining table, perfect for family meals as you relive the days events. Step out onto the sun deck and take in the sights and sounds of the beach while you enjoy your morning cup of coffee or to relax under the stars before bed. When it's time to turn in for the night, the two bedrooms are on the mid-level, each with comfortable bedding and each with their own private bathrooms.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
