Welcome to 'Heavenly Daze' professionally managed by Stay on 30a, your home away from home! This lovely coastal home is located in Seagrove on 30A and is everything you could want in a beach getaway. Heavenly Daze is a three story home featuring 4 bedrooms and is perfect for multiple families vacationing together. Enjoy the beautiful open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. Guests will love the covered private pool and private beach access just a block away. We include 6 bikes and a golf cart to enjoy scenic 30A!

BEACH ACCESS
Three access points, just a short walk from the home:

1. Majestica Beach: Private beach access is available to guests at Heavenly Daze. Majestica Beach Access is right across the street from the Perfect Pig. A key fob is required for both in and out access. The exclusive beach service vendor is Southwinds Beach Service.

2. One Seagrove Place: One Seagrove Access is on Seagrove Place about 100 yards south of Scenic 30A across from Robert Ellis Street and has a shower and no parking. The access is across Scenic 30A from Cassine Gardens subdivision and next to One Seagrove Place Condominiums, one of only two high rises on Scenic 30A.

3. Beachwood Villas: Beachwood Villas Access is on Scenic 30A across from Beachwood Villas, Somerset Bridge Road, and the Tom Thumb in Seagrove Beach, Florida. There is a bike rack but no car parking, and the access has a shower and quite a long boardwalk to the high bluff overlooking the gulf.

ABOUT THE AREA
Seagrove Beach is a charming coastal community that is on 30a, nestled between Seaside and Watersound. Seagrove is perfect for nature lovers seeking an unspoiled retreat and uncrowded environment. Enjoy canoeing, kayaking, swimming and more in this quaint town with Old Florida charm. You will find restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a quick bike ride will land you in Seaside, a well-known 30A spot with farmers markets, shops, restaurants, and local food trucks to fill your entire party s needs.

Take a quick bike ride east in the opposite direction, and you can find yourself at the Big Chill, a popular outdoor space filled with restaurants, outdoor games, and big screen TVs to watch any sporting event your heart desires. 30A is located in between the beach and a 15,000-acre forest that is filled with hiking trails and off-road trails, for those that want to skip the beach and want a different experience.

Flying in from out of town instead of driving? Flying into ECP (Panama Beach City) airport is a 30 minute drive to the house. Flying into VPS (Destin airport) is a little over a 1 hour drive.

HOUSE RULES
*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck.
*No parties or events.
*Complimentary golf cart can only be operated by guests over 25 years of age who provide verification. Rental agreement requires a valid drivers license and proof of existing auto insurance coverage.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
*This home must remain pet free.
*Private Heated Pool **Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $25/day. Must be heated for duration of stay. If selected, it must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on.
*There are no refunds for weather related events. We advise trip insurance during hurricane season (May-November)

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver s license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
