• No pets are allowed at this property.
• Dedicated parking for 2 cars in the driveway.
• Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation.
• Mail service may not be available. Any deliveries sent to the mailbox can not be retrieved.
• The pool is heated. During unusually cold weather, extra pool heating is available for $35 per day to keep the pool at a comfortable 78–82°F. Because the heat pump loses efficiency when it's below about 50–60°F outside, water temperature may vary during colder periods.
• We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
