The space

Walk through the front door into a welcoming open-concept space: the main living room features a large sectional sofa, 70” Samsung Smart TV, and connects seamlessly to the dining area with seating for 6. The fully equipped kitchen includes 4 barstools, perfect for casual dining or gathering with friends. Just off the kitchen is a spacious main-floor bathroom with dual sinks, a toilet, and a walk-in shower. The main floor also boasts a serene master suite with a king bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a dresser, a 43” Samsung Smart TV, and a private closet.

Upstairs, to the left is the first bedroom, offering a queen bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser, and a 43” TCL Smart TV, along with a close. The second bedroom features another queen bed, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser, and a 50” Samsung Smart TV, as well as a ceiling fan and closet. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, sink, and toilet.

The entertainment continues in the downstairs living area, perfect for extra guests or family movie nights. This lower level includes two sofa beds that sleep 4, two additional cozy chairs, a 54” Sony Smart TV, and a full-size fridge. Step outside from here to the deck, where you’ll find a hot tub, cornhole setup, and plenty of space. Down the hall is a third full bathroom with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower, along with a utility area featuring a full-size washer/dryer.

We love hosting guests with dogs! To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

- Keep dogs on a leash when outside at all times.
- No dogs on the furniture, including beds and couches.
- We allow up to 2 dogs less than 50 pounds with a Pet fee of $125.

We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days.

If there are any issues with this space, please let us know upon arrival, otherwise we will consider it in great condition.

Please Note: We are in a cove in Lizard Creek, it is a mile and a half long. If you want to go to main lake you go through a culvert which is 6 feet high (normal water depth) and 10 feet wide.
