El dormitorio principal tiene una puerta al balcón y una gran ventana que da al Golfo. Usted tiene millas de playa de arena blanca para explorar. Ubicado en el popular vecindario de Sunset Beach, este encantador condominio cuenta con servicio de internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad y llamadas de larga distancia gratuitas a EE. We really had a wonderful time. The view was fabulous!

The property is really nice. The pool and hot tub were nice. The beds were comfortable. The screen door slides need some attention and I’m sure that will happen so that the screen doors are easier to open. I will be back!

We loved the location of the property and have stayed at Land's End before. The condo was not very clean. Windows dirty, patio not clean, furniture nice but not clean glass tops we dirty, countertops needed to be clean before you could put anything on them, sand on the floors, mirrors not clean. It seems maybe a new cleaning crew need to go into the condo and scrub it down. Not happy at all with the cleanliness of the condo at all. Location wonderful.

Not a family friendly place AT ALL

Condo was clean, but it should have been seeing as we had to wait for an hour past our check in time (outside in the heat with groceries) for the condo to complete the cleaning. To be honest, when you have a check in of 3 pm, making your guests wait until 4 outside the condo unit is completely unacceptable, especially when there is a $200 fee for staying anytime past 10 AM on check out day. The blinds were broken on pretty much every one of the pulleys, and not really usable. There were rules that we have never experienced like not leaving the sliding doors open to listen to the ocean, and you can't have the air conditioner below 72 degrees. (We have stayed at condos for years and never had rules like this) Also, the only toys allowed in the pool for children are pool noodles. This really should be posted on your website. Had we known that you cannot play with any kind of toys (ie... soft nerf balls, pool balls that hold water, boogie boards for pool) in the pool, we would not have chosen this location for our family with a child. We weren't the only family with children staying during this week, and we weren't the only ones who were upset with the lack of stating the rules on VRBO. We felt very unwelcome at the pool by the regulars, which is sad because we are paying to be there just like they are. I wouldn't recommend this condo or Land's End in general to anyone who has children. It would be fine for honeymooners or couples who just want complete quiet.

Great location for a family

We enjoyed our trip to St. Pete Beach/Treasure Island very much and the location and facilities at Land End were GREAT!!! We would definitely come again. Here is our feedback..... Land's End - A wonderful facility with a lot to do in a great location with respectful guests and nice atmosphere -Gated entry & Friendly staff -Shuffleboard, volleyball, boardwalk, pool and beach....we used them all. -Under building parking - A LOT to do on the island and in surrounding area. -Beach was NOT crowded and had lots of shells Building 10 - Best building location on property (right next to the pool and club house, close to volleyball and shuffleboard) -Beautiful views - unit faces west = sunset/ocean views Unit 204 -Very nicely decorated and comfortable -Perfect size for our family of 4 (could accommodate 6, if children shared beds) - In unit laundry was a huge + -3 tvs, land line and wiFi -Kitchen stocked with basics -Bathrooms with towels - Beach Items - 2 folding chairs, 3 boogie boards (one set of paddles), small sand toys/buckets, umbrella (but no anchor for it), large rolling cooler - Game closet with puzzles and family games was really nice! FYI's for future guests .....these are NOT complaints...just simply things that might be helpful to know before you come...... You have to pick up your keys OFF SITE. We did not realize this and had to drive to get them after we arrived. About 10 minutes away. You also have to return them to that location, so plan extra time before heading to the airport. There are no beach towels....so bring some or u will need to buy them. Bathroom towels are white and not big enough for beach. A large beach blanket would be ideal. Kitchen had basics for cooking. Only 1 Tupperware/storage container and no ziploc bags- so if you plan to do some cooking and want to keep left overs, you may need to buy some. This would also be helpful for taking food to the beach. No water bottles or thermoses....again would be helpful for the beach/pool No hot pads to use with the oven....we used dish towels. Pool does NOT allow tubes or floaties. Only noodles and water wings for small children Ceiling was thin....if you are a light sleeper, you may want ear plugs.....I could hear every time the people above us moved a chair or shut a door. Overall our family was VERY pleased with our staff. We all felt this was one of our favorite vacations and would definitely come back again. THANK YOU!!

Reviewer Comments: We chose this condo for the proximity to the pool and the beach access. The condo had assigned parking spot #20 with close access to the elevator or stairs.The master king mattress was completely worn out, uncomfortable and noisy when turning over in bed. the pillows were old. Vertical blinds were missing a couple slats in the master and in the front window permitting anyone to see inside if you were in the kitchen. Maintenance staff responded promptly for a plugged drain in the master shower and incidentally found that the entry door handle to the unit was loose, so he tightened it up. The weather strip was falling off. The ice maker and water dispenser on the door of the refrigerator didn't work. Plenty of cooking utensils. Dirt visible under the buffet in the dining area. You could see dust under the sofa. Only two rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, no laundry soap, and 2 dishwasher tabs. What we bought we left. No hand dish soap. For the quality/condition of this room is over priced, but the location was great. The condo needs maintenance as tiles are broke and it is outdated. Patio furniture old. Sliding door and sliding screen was difficult to use and the screen was coming away from the frame. check out was 10. The maids were at the door at 1005. The TVs were a nightmare to get them to work. No shortage of remotes in the bedroom. There were 5.

Fantastic Location

Reviewer Comments: Lands End is a very nice place, however the condo we rented was dated, rusty shower curtain rods, the bed looked like someone had laid on it, and some items were never cleaned. In addition there were very few towels, no hair dyrer, and no pool/beach towels. I've never stayed in a condo that didn't offer beach towels. We also had to buy our own beach chairs, which I left in the unit for others to use. I've stayed in other rentals which offered a lot more for less money. The pool chairs were always occupied, it's not a vacation when you have to get up at 6 to reserve a seat at the pool. I would suggest renting a different unit, the property itself is very nice.

This condo is in a great location-next to pool and easy walk to beach.Condo is clean and kitchen well stocked. Electrical update seems to be in order. Fuse tripped on central air, every time we plugged in a lamp or bathroom appliance the outlets sparked. Wall switches are totally confusing. We would definitely stay in this complex again, but ours choose a “premier” updated condo. Property grounds are impeccable and pool was clean.

Quick walk up the beach to Caddy's for dinner right on the beach. Rented boats from two marinas and cruised around the intercoastal and the bay. Lots of great restaurants. Our favorite find was Shrimpy's Blues Bistro.

Beautiful view

Nice 2 bedroom ocean front condo with a great view of the ocean. Nice community with easy beach access. This unit has had partial updates however a few more are needed such as the king mattress needs replaced, replace non working lamps and the blinds were falling apart and need replaced. These few issues did not hinder our vacation and we would stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have vacationed at this resort multiple times and always have had a wonderful time. It is very relaxing and the views are incredible. However; this particular condo was not what we expected. The online pictures made it look nicer than it actually was in person. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken, significant water damage in the ceiling, dirty towels left in the shower, broken floor tiles, towel bars falling off the walls, and the floors were a bit dirty. This property owner should spend a bit of money to make the necessary repairs and update the overall look of the condo; i.e. furniture, flooring, etc. The location and view is the best thing about this condo. Unfortunately, I would not stay at this condo in the future; nor would I recommend it to anyone else until the repairs and updates have been made.

This unit had everything you needed as far as the kitchen we cooked most of our meals in. We wanted to stay a few extra nights and the rental company was so helpful and arrange everything for us. our unit had a couple small issues that were addressed immediately, I've never had a rental company that responded so quickly and my husband and I travel often. The bed was comfortable and the living space was very nice. I read a lot about mold in reviews before we went but you have to understand this is Florida people and there is humidity which accounts for the musty smell in the washer and dryer, we used both and our clothes were fine. We found this unit to be everything we wished for and more. The grounds are incredible and well maintained. The pool area is HUGE and wonderful. The pictures look like the beach is a long walk but it's not at all far. The provide a ton of beach gear in this unit (chairs,cooler,unbrella,toys,boogie boards ect.) The rental company is top notch and the staff very professional. We highly recommend this Comples as well as this unit.

Long time visitor at Land’s End

Reviewer Comments: My young sons and I traveled in July 2020. I have visited Lands End many times before. The location of this unit is right next to the pool, which is outstanding. The beach is quiet and gorgeous. We had several issues with this unit that I think don’t live up to what I expect at Lands End. The sliding door was rusted out and very difficult to open. The guest room had trash under the bed and dirty underwear. My son saw a salamander on the guest bed and it took 5 phone calls to get someone to come look for it. We actually saw at least 4 in the unit during our stay. The office did not follow up to address my concerns. I would return to Lands End, but not this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this unit is fantastic, wonderful ocean view, right near the pool and parking underneath out of the direct sun. Would rent again in this community. Grounds were well kept and the front gate and pool attendants were very nice. There was construction on bldg. 9 when we were there and the drilling went on most days. This is a second floor unit and at times you could hear renters above walking. Unit was fairly clean. The washer had mold which we tried to wipe out and the master shower had mildew on the curtain and floors. The water pressure in both showers was very low. Kitchen well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Sliding doors were very difficult to open and close.

Incredible views/shows well/needs maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was a wonderful location, excellently maintained grounds with an incredible view! Condo needs work: vertical blinds falling apart, sliding doors are hard to open and go off track constantly, sliding screens not on the track at all, living room furniture springs broken down, king mattress needs to be replaced/sheets don't fit, mirror cracked in closet door in second bedroom, refrigerator door dispenser broken for both ice/water. We reported refrigerator issue to Resort Rentals the Monday after we arrived but no one came out to look at it in the 4 weeks we were there. Resort Rentals is a great group to work with and we have used them in the past. Not sure what happened this year...

Perfect family get away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been using Resort Rentals to book a yearly family reunion getaway for a quite a few years now. My wife and I have family from across the country and Lands End is the perfect place to get all the kids, grandkids, cousins, nieces, and nephews to get together for fun in the sun. Lands End is beautiful, well kept and all the condo's are low-rise and a few feet from one another. The beach is right out your door - the pool is large and excellently kept. Lands End's location is within minutes of everything your heart desires. This is all made possible by the professional staff at Resort RentalsOh, BTW its for all ages; our family group encompasses folks 75+ through babies less than a year old. What more can any family ask for.
