Este condominio es bonito y espacioso, con pisos de baldosas en todo, tiene el dormitorio principal con vista al golfo, electrodomésticos nuevos en la cocina, actualizaciones agradables en el interior y vistas absolutamente increíbles desde su balcón privado. La cocina está totalmente equipada y tiene WiFi gratuito en su condominio, así como televisores de pantalla plana en las habitaciones y la sala de estar.

We absolutely loved our week at Lands End! It was private and safe and had great beach access! Exactly what we wanted!! We will be back again!!!

The condo is very nice with the best second floor view of the Gulf in the complex. There was a brand new TV in the living area, and TVs in both bedrooms which is not always the case. The kitchen area and laundry area have very nice appliances. The management company is very responsive and they keep the grounds in A1 shape. The fact the complex is at the end of a peninsula and it is a gated community makes for a very peaceful stay. This is our second vacation to this complex and hopefully we can return.

Great location!

We enjoyed the ocean view every day! Only couple of steps away from the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. The AC/heat only worked in the living room but not bedrooms. Couldn’t control the volume on the living room TV. We checked all of the romotes but none could turn the volume up or down. Otherwise the stay was great!

Great sunsets!

This place is called Sunset Beach for a reason! The back porch had a great view of the sunsets each night to watch and enjoy with the kids. A few things to note for attention: the doors to the back porch are really hard to open and the screen door fell out from the roller track the first night when we went to open it. The floors were extremely dirty. We would get the kids out of the shower and within 5 min their feet would be back with dirt again. There was no dish soap, tissues, or cooking spray, which wasn’t a big deal and we just bought our own. And the “clean” glasses and coffee mugs had lipstick residue on them, but we just hand washed them before using. One last thing to mention: the staff here are very adamant about kids not getting in the hot tubs, even to dip their toes in. So if you have kids under 17, just something to know (not a big deal for us). Some nice amenities we enjoyed: the short walk to the beach and bay were really great. We even walked on the boardwalk along the beach to the playground down the street for the kids to play. Restaurants and grocery stores were just a short drive, and the condo overall was the perfect amount of room for 2 adults and 2 young kids. (We didn’t use the sofa bed at all). Lots of cooking utensils and dishes to use. ***Be sure to bring your own knives and seasonings if you plan to cook any meals.*** Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would likely stay here again. Thanks for the accommodations!

The large price increase was a bit of a surprise. I was unable to return to building 5 because I could not get my long-term rental transferred to a different unit. I have been trying at Land's End for 15 consecutive years and overall love the location...

That unit needs a sliding screen door that works...rusted, wheels locked, etc. There is no garbage disposal. The dishwasher only works in 2 hour normal mode. Wastes a lot of energy on that appliance. The general cleanliness was good but the areas near the baseboards did not appear clean. The mbr bed was comfortable.

Made the best of Red Tide at TI and Land's End!

Reviewer Comments: We've been renting through Resort Rentals at Land's End for many years now and our beloved Sunset Beach was a different experience this summer due to Red Tide impacting the coastline. That said, Land's End, Pinellas County, and the City of TI did as much as they could to mitigate and keep the beach clean. Our booking and rental process was completely seamless, as always. This condo was nicely appointed and had everything we needed in the way of space and kitchen supplies, though admittedly, we didn't cook a single meal in. The sofa bed mattress is extremely uncomfortable - it's super thin and feels like you're laying directly on the springs as there's really just a thin piece of fabric between you and the springs. Thankfully, the unit had several extra comforters and blankets that we laid over the mattress to make it bearable. The view from this unit is perfect and we love that it's easy to access by elevator or stairs. Land's End is paradise and we love the staff at Resort Rentals.

Buying 6-203 Not Worth Your Money

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has loved spending our summer vacation at Lands End for the past 4 years. This year however was very disappointing. The condo we stayed in was disgusting, it smelled like dead, rotten fish the minute we walked in the door. The condo is very dirty and not maintained. The guest shower did not drain and smelled liked sewer. The door to the deck would not open and close. The stools were wobbly and about to fall apart. Overall, Building 6-203 sucked! Because of this condo we will probably not be back next year and that is very disappointing. We have stayed in 3 other condos and always have family with us each year so we have been inside at least 10 condos and this by far was the worst. It’s really sad because Lands End itself is beautiful, well kept and in a great location. The staff is friendly and the beach and bay are great.

Quiet, Beautiful, Relaxing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was beautiful. We had four kids with us, so I was very happy the couch was a pull put bed. The condo was very accommodating. It had plenty of towels and wash clothes. It had laundry hampers. It had beach chairs we could take to the beach with us! I loved that. There was also an umbrella. It had a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. I loved the view of the beach. It was very easy to check in and out. I was happy we could park our car in the garage below the unit. The walk to the beach was very short. We found lots of clams and crabs at nights very fun! So being flash lights! The condo pool was amazing! We spent a lot of time there. It was not crowded at all when we went, so there were times we had a lot of time to the pool ourselves. The kids loved the pool. Very big and very clean! If you do go, and you use the not let your kids sit on the side of the hot tub and put their feet in. Apparently this is a "no no". The guard that told us about this rule was very nice and discreet about it. He bent down to our ear level and was very sympathetic about it when he told us. I appreciated how he handled it.Another couple did the same thing we did a couple days later and let their kids put their feet in (didnt see rules about this anywhere...they should probably specify that. It just says they cant get in the we saw lots of people letting their kids sit in the edge and put their feet in....I guess they cant even sit on the edge). Anyway, there was a different guard and he came out and was very loud and impolite about it. He barked at them up and down. 3even though it wasn't my family that he was talking to, I felt so upset at how he treated them. No need for him to have talked to them that way. It upset the rest of my time at the pool because I was so mad about it. That kind of stuff never sits well with me. So he ruined my peace just by talking to another family lile that. Whoever that employee was needs to take lessons from the other employee

Great Beach Front Property

Then there are the small items that should have been handled by owner/rental agent prior to being handed over to a renter: sliding screen door broken, deck chairs rusted, vacuum broken, all tv remotes needed new batteries, guest bath showed molding and had an odor, master closet door loose and came off track. All of the little items could have been made right in little time and made the unit great. Maintenance came several times but we were always finding something else that could have been done before renting.

Quiet & Safe Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Lands End. The complex is well maintained. Staff is friendly & responsive. The unit was comfortable and well equipped. Only negative - could use some fresh paint and update on furnishings.

Much needed R&R

Condo was beautiful! This was the perfect location for my family. Peaceful at the end of island, would recommend for a needed getaway!
