Absolutely perfect house in a perfect location with the most perfect amenities and the most perfect host. I rent houses frequently for vacations with friends and family and this is definitely in my top five. So grateful we were able to spend a weekend here. The house is gorgeous and so well appointed - no detail was overlooked. We absolutely loved our time here.

Everything was super clean, nicely laid out, ready for a relaxing family getaway. The hot tub was hot enough and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of closet space. Comfortable furniture. Games in the closet. Garage with outdoor toys available. Coffee and snacks on the counter was great because when you arrive, you don’t want to have to go the the store right away.

Beautiful Home

We had a lovely stay at the Boho Beach House. It is tastefully decorated, spotless, and supplied with everything you could possibly want for a vacation at the beach. It's a short walk through a friendly neighborhood to the beach. The host was pleasant and prompt. We hope to come back again. Thank you for a great stay.

Wonderful Stay

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The pictures absolutely do the property justice and you get exactly what it looks like! The communication with Monica was quick, easy and clear. We loved the abundance of space and how clean the property was. Even the AC was easy to use and had no issues (rare to find with rentals). Monica thought of EVERYTHING to make a family comfortable in this property. From high chairs, a FULLY stocked kitchen and the most relaxing hot tub, this was a phenomenal stay.We will absolutely be back, thank you to our amazing host!!

I searched a long time to find the perfect place for my family to stay for Spring Break- and I found it at the Boho Beach house. It had everything we were looking for and more! It’s private and quiet, and we enjoyed the private backyard with hot tub, and we did a lot of grilling out and hanging out by the fire table. It’s a short walk to the beach through a safe neighborhood, or there is a park near the beach entrance you can park to save some walk time. The beach is nice, not busy or congested and very beautiful. The house also had everything we needed to enjoy the beach which was a bonus- umbrellas, a wagon, chairs, coolers and my kids loved the boogie boards. The house has everything you need- even down to some spices in the kitchen. We loved our stay- the house is exactly as pictured- super cute and decorated so awesome. We loved the vibe. Monica was a great host. If your looking for a nice place to vacation- I promise you won’t be disappointed with the boho beach house.

Took our 4 kids to the beach for a week, and this house was phenomenal for us! It was clean, had all the appliances we needed (including a crockpot, which was perfect), and very private despite having close neighbors. Property manager is very quick to respond and willing to help. The thing that stood out for us though was the amount of beach-related items that are provided - chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, beach bags, coolers, beach towels, and a wagon. We didn’t have to buy or pack anything but swimsuits! Also, if you have young children, there is a pack-n-play and lots of kid friendly dishes, as well as some board books.Other highlights were the hot tub and the swing out back on the patio. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Overall the home was perfect! We had plenty of towels for the beach and chairs and toys which made it very nice. The home was fully equipped with seasonings and pantry items for cooking and plenty of dishes and utensils. Just very well set up and laid out easy to find. Communication with the host made it all easy to stay there worry free. Very convenient to the beach as well. Would definitely stay again!
