Welcome to a special property nestled among the Pinion trees with picturesque view of the Collegiate Peaks. The unique six-sided house design provides views of mountains that surround the property. Listing includes upper level of house that offers a kitchen, dining and living areas, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a balcony. There are two shared outdoor decks the provide views of the mountains.

The Property Type selected by the host from VRBO categories for the listing is "House", VRBO notes the category as "Entire Home" on the listing, which is incorrect. The lower level of the house may also be occupied by host and/or family guests. Each level has a different entrance from outside. There are two-way locks on interior stairway door to separate each level of the house.

The property is a short distance to town, ski resorts, hiking trails, fishing lakes, hot springs, and rafting.

Access code for the Keyless Entry door lock and Check-In/Out information will be sent by VRBO message within 72 hours prior to 3:00pm on the reservation Check-in date.

Up to two(2) dogs may be pre-approved if the Pet Fee ($100 for up to two dogs) is included in the reservation upon booking or by pre-approval and payment of the Pet Fee upon request to add to reservation no later than 2 days prior to the check-in date. Dogs may be in the house if there is an adult there at all times. Dogs are not allowed to stay in the house when guests are not at the home. Guests requesting pre-approval for dogs will need to share information about dog through VRBO inquiry prior to booking or by VRBO message upon request to modify booking. Information will need to include breed of dog, age of dog and affirmation that dog is completely house-trained and dependable. Dogs should be more than eight months old.
