Terrible Wi-Fi service in this property, and we had to contact the internet service provider to troubleshoot and schedule the fix.Isn’t that what the property management company is for?If you’re looking for a clean place to stay with a good Wi-Fi network, this is not the place for you.All the photos on VRBO’s site are totally misleading.

Girls just want to have fun

We stayed here for nationals cheer competition. It did not disappoint! It was convenient, quiet, & we all felt safe. Communication was amazing through text with quick responses. We had seven girls staying here & none of us have complaints which really says something about this place.

MB Weekend Get Away 10/21

Property was well kept, pool cleaned every day, grass was nicely kept too. Quite maybe because of time of year. Some maintenance issues on the walkways were needed with the carpet rolling, but condition of the property was good for the age of it and it being 100 yards from the ocean.

Nice location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful area and nicely landscaped condo complex. Condo had a lovely kitchen but it was poorly equipped. Rental company quickly responded and delivered a few much needed items. Master bath is very nice. The unit could use a few new blankets and pillows. The extras are a bit shabby.

Perfect location, nice and clean property. Few notes for the future rentals. There is no door with the third room. If you spend time in the living room or kitchen, nobody can sleep in this room because of the lights and sounds. You need to bring your own sharp knives. There was just 2 knives and we not able to cut anything with them. When you check out and want to stay at the beach all day, please know, there is no any restroom around. You have to dry minimum 10 min to the public beach. Overall we had a great experience.

Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bathroom had hair in the sink and in the shower, the master bed had hair in it as well so we didn't sleep in the bed. We couldn't find the key to put the trash in the trash compactor, it was not where it said it was supposed to be. This was not like any place we are use to staying and all the beds were very hard.
Respuesta de VrboOwner el 7 de jul de 2023

Best View in Town

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed the last full week of August, so I guess it was already Off-Season down there since all the hotels had their "Vacancy" signs lit up. This was great because the pool and the beach were not crowded and the traffic was minimal! We did experience an occasional waiting time at some of the local restaurants but we were fine with that.

Overall enjoyed the property. Nice decor; carpet needed freshening; property manager stated will take care of; had very nice Ocean view. Suggest everyone get travel ins to insure refund in case of acts of nature which could interfere with your stay.
