We had the best time in New York! Our host communicated with us the entire time and ensured that our stay was comfortable and convenient with our travel arrangements. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had all the information we needed and were very prompt in all their responses and requests. The location is absolutely ideal. I would 100% stay again in the future. Thank you so much to our hosts. We made incredible memories to last a lifetime and shared a one in a million experience sharing the NYC magic of Christmas with our children.

Nice place! Close to Times Square and reasonably close to a subway station. Host was very communicative and some minor issues we experienced were taken care of quickly and satisfactorily. The app to get into the building seldom worked but we were given a set of keys as well. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again.

This apartment is in a great location for time square and the hosts are really responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in NYC and it was great to have such a central location. Slight issue is the neighbour downstairs who is intolerant of any sort of noise, so you really are walking on tip toes on hard creaky wood floors. Might want to consider putting down carpets to help. So if you have young children this apartment or you are a large party the apartment may not be ideal. Overall however a well located apartment and excellent hosts.

Amazing location and host!

Great place for my entire family to stay for my sister’s graduation! It was nice that we could all be together instead of booking multiple hotel rooms. Amazing location that was walking distance to great food! Only 2 blocks from times square and about 8-15 min walk to train station (depending on which line you take and my family walks slow). We could get dinner every night just steps from this vrbo! Lots of 24 hour markets downstairs or 1 block over for groceries! Very convenient location with so much to do in the neighborhood!!! As a heads up, there are 2 flights of stairs and no elevator in the building. Easy self-check in and communicative host who responds very quick! Would definitely stay here again if I come with a large group! This place felt like home for the 5 days we lived here!

Great location, enough space

We were 3 adults, 1 teen and 1 tween. The space was good for the 5 of us, everyone got a bed and had their own room. The dining room table was big enough for everyone although it was a bit tight with the couch. Kitchen was small but adequate. We didn't do much cooking and it looked like the kitchen was very basically outfitted. One bathroom is tough for 5 people but we made it work, water pressure was decent. Beds were comfortable, linens were nice. The third bedroom light switch was across the kitchen and there was no lamp, so that was annoying. Great location walking distance to amazing food, subway, theaters. Street noise existed but it quieted down at night. Using a phone with app to open the door was annoying since we had kids without phones or the concern of dead battery at the end of the day but we figured it out.

We overall had a great stay in New York, and the apartment is conveniently located, close to Times Square, Central Park, the riverfront, and the main subway lines. Communication with the host was very easy, with fast replies and clear instructions. The two things that made us remove a star are: 1) the downstairs neighbor who seems to be regularly complaining about the noise made by footsteps. This was communicated by the host ahead of time, but it stressed us out a bit, especially because we were travelling with a toddler. On top of that, the unit has a very old wooden floor that is extremely creaky. It is impossible to walk across the apartment without making a sound (even without shoes). Luckily, the day we arrived, we saw the neighbor leave with a suitcase, and we assumed he was gone for the week. 2) While the pictures and description of the apartment are accurate, the adjective "Luxurious" is an oversell. Paint is peeling in multiple places (especially on the ceiling), the couch wasn't super clean, the door locks are somewhat finicky, and the Klevio system to unlock the lobby's door with your phone relies on an extension cord that has been repaired with electrical tape and is plugged into the bathroom's outlet in a way that is certainly not up to code. In summary, a good, older apartment that is very conveniently located (a huge plus) and has a fantastic host/support team, but that is not as "luxurious" as the description implies.

Well, it photographed nicely…What a disaster. We paid premium price for “luxury” apartment. Most college dorm rooms are more luxurious.I’ll start with the good. Location is great. 3 bedrooms. Shower’s water pressure is so good it’s probably illegal.About that, I could list 100 things that weren’t luxurious & missing creature comforts. (No shampoo, barely any hand soap & extra TP, missing dishtowels & oven hot pads, dirty & gross everywhere, etc.) That happens with rentals. But real issue was the many UNSAFE & DANGEROUS things.The CEILING IS CAVING IN in the living room, kitchen, & bathroom.The bathroom sink is not plumbed with a trap, so SEWER GAS wafted in all the time.The shower was full of MOLD. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned when we checked in!The metal drain in the shower has been smashed & bent so it has SHARP PARTS WHERE YOU STEP!The bathroom DOOR HANDLE is loose & FALLING OFF.The place is a FIRE HAZARD. Extension cords plugged into extension cords. One of the lamps had exposed wiring that we noticed after using it for a few days!The floor creaks like a ship getting tossed around in a hurricane so loudly it wakes everyone at night if anyone moved. Rugs all over the place cover LITERAL HOLES IN THE FLOOR. There are soft spots we avoided.In short, this place is one step above a squat. There isn’t a surface in this house (floors, walls, ceilings, counters,) that doesn’t look like it hasn’t been beaten with a hammer. DO NOT RENT. AVOID. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Stay at Hells Kitchen apt

First of all our stay was great, our family trip was awesome. However specifically about the apartment some opportunities areas to review.Access to the building is by an app that each person has to have. Make sure you have battery at the end of the day!Access is 2 floors by stairs, arriving with lots of luggage might be an issueRegarding the apartment;We’ve been warned that the downstairs neighbor was not happy with noises, so we must take of our shoes once we arrive. But the issue is that the wooden floor is too old and cracks with every step you make. Also, chairs has metal legs and every time you move the chair the floor makes noises.Heating during winter is necessary, and one of the rooms’ wasn’t working, so manager have to supply electric heaters.Maybe a second bathroom is needed when you are a large party (being the apartment for 8 people max)Neighborhood is fine but at night a bit dark.Thanks!

Appartamento spazioso per gli standard della città e a pochi passi da Times Square, vicino a negozi, market, ristoranti.. ben servito.Letti spaziosi e molto comodi, cucina ben fornita. L’unico appunto che farei, è il pavimento in legno che scricchiola molto . Ma per il resto esperienza molto positiva
