THE LAYOUT
The moment you step through the front door, your Florida vacation has truly begun! Inviting main floor is a spacious open concept living, dining and kitchen area with large overlooking canal views. Feel right at home with the light, contemporary décor and high ceilings bursting with natural light. Never miss a moment between meal prep in the kitchen and the others relaxing in the living or dining areas. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs with cookware, dishware, utensils, wine glasses and more. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, large breakfast bar that is perfect for family meals. Coffee drinkers are in good hands with both regular and K-cup coffee makers.

Master suite offers stunning canal views and balcony access, king bed and large walk-in closet. Second bedroom has queen bed and views to the pool area and canal. Third bedroom offers two twin beds which is perfect for siblings. A full bathroom with shower/tub combination is shared by these rooms.

Staircase downstairs leads to the lower-level second living room with plenty of seating and large smart TV. This space is perfect for a young adult gathering area or separate family accommodation. The 3rd guest bedroom offers ultimate privacy and a queen bed with full bathroom and walk-in shower. This bathroom is also convenient as a pool bathroom, just by the sliding glass doors to the pool deck.
