We had an absolutely amazing stay! This beach house was the perfect place for our group of 12 and had more than enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. From fishing off the private dock, hanging out at the tiki bar, and playing all the games provided, there was truly never a dull moment. The beach access was fantastic and made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day.We did have a small plumbing issue during our stay, but Shelly had someone out immediately, and it was completely repaired in less than a day. That level of responsiveness and care made all the difference.Shelly was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and an excellent communicator from the moment we booked until checkout. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests having the best experience possible.The home was clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and had everything we needed to make unforgettable memories with our family. We left already talking about our next trip back. If you’re looking for the perfect beach getaway, don’t hesitate to book this property—you won’t be disappointed!

Great home! Outdoor areas were great for hanging out with our large family of 14. Bonus game room brought back wonderful memories of playing PacMan and Frogger on the arcade games. A/C was cold, plenty of towels, blankets and pillows for everyone. Large kitchen and everything needed to cook up our meals! We had a great time here. It’s close to the beach, the Big Store and plenty of parking for several vehicles. Our host was very responsive to all our questions throughout our stay!

1000/1000! Shelly was absolutely the best host we have ever had. She was so responsive, checked in on us, the house was more than perfect. Even had spices, coffee and all utensils we needed which was great many do not have that! Everything that was listed was available! Neighbors are great, it’s close to a park/basketball court! We loved it had games and puzzles there! Our kids AND adults loved the game room! Very cool! I have to even go a step further as our teenage son left his wallet with 200 in it. We realized days later and messaged Shelly in hopes it was returned. She went above and beyond to message the current guests AND cleaners checking if they had found his wallet. Praise God it was found with all the money in it and they are shipping it back to us! VERY RARE IN TODAYS WORLD!!! We will be staying here AGAIN! I couldn’t give Shelly a better review! You won’t regret staying here!!!

Great communication and great location in a quiet neighborhood.

I’m giving this an overall 5 star rating because the property owner was very accommodating and quick to fix any issues we had. My only suggestions moving forward is that they provide more bathroom towels, maybe have a few things of tupperware for guests to use throughout their stay, keep up with the landscaping and fix some of the lights downstairs. We had anticipated a gas grill being on the property, but found out the gas grill had gone out prior to our stay and had to go buy charcoal from the Big Store. I am only sharing that information so that the next group is prepared! The game room was really cool and loved by all. Our teenage boys enjoyed fishing and crab hunting off the dock. The dock had some rotted boards, but the owner was quick to send the maintenance guy out to fix them! Overall a great stay and the owner was always quick to respond. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

This is such a beautiful and fun beach house! There is no lack in detail. Love the decor, the game room, all the different sitting areas to enjoy sitting outside and the tiki bar for sure! This house felt like home! It is a very short walking distance to the beach. Shelly is very attentive and is in constant communication to make sure you are enjoying your stay. I cannot wait to book again!
