Beautiful area, lovely home and very nice owners. Top floor apt has new floors, nice outside roof deck w. furniture and plants. Kitchen was spacious but cabinets need a little TLC. TV room / sitting area nice. The doors to the bed rooms need to be fix / adjusted as 1 didn't close, other barely closed tightly and 1 room door was snug. Has washer & dryer that function well. Overall very nice place, nice home nice people. We enjoyed our stay.

Owners were lovely and very accommodating. Location was convenient to everything in Lavallette. The apartment was spacious TV selections were great.

Beach Apartment

Cute upstairs floor apartment. It has a nice sized open concept kirchen/ living space and three private bedrooms. The deck is nice as well. Easy parking and easy to walk to anywhere. Owners are super nice and welcoming but also give you privacy.

The location is great. Unfortunately, the condition of the unit and the experience we had with the host overshadowed those positives. The apartment is also significantly misrepresented in the Vrbo listing.The unit was not properly cleaned for our arrival. The kitchen cabinets were sticky and dirty and needed to be wiped down. The bathroom sink had toothpaste, splatters, &hair in it. The shower basin had visible mold, and the shower had clearly not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The bottom of the linen closet contained dirty sheets from previous guests that had an unpleasant odor.The bedding was another major issue. There were no complete sets of sheets and no fitted sheets, leaving us to make the beds with flat sheets only. The pillows were old &stained, as were the comforters. We also found dirty dishes in the dishwasher, which had an unpleasant smell.The grill did not work, &the air-conditioning situation was especially concerning. The AC units were far too small for the apartment, were filthy, and had visible mold. The apartment was averaging approx.80F, making it extremely. uncomfortable to sleep in or even enjoy the unit.Communication with Kevin was extremely frustrating. His response time was very slow, particularly when we were dealing with conditions that required immediate attention. When I contacted him about the temperature and uncomfortable conditions, he told me that someone would come the following morning to replace the AC unit AC issue unresolved

Staged pictures… the worst guest ever… my unit is now off the market bc of this scumbag…lies galore ftom this one… good luck on your refund🤡.. oh wait my rating was a 9.4/10 bfr this wacko showed up.. w her lawyer husband bye bye vrbo✌️

The location is great. The size of the apartment worked well for our family of 5 and two dogs. Parking wasn't an issue. Landlord was friendly...just wish the apartment was in better shape.Check In - the bathroom sink and shower were not cleaned when we arrived -- there was toothpaste spatter on the faucet in the bathroom and the shower basin had sand in it from the previous tenants. There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of a bedroom door and two other dirty towels on the floor in the kitchen. The kitchen cabinets were sticky and needed to be wiped off. The grill didn't work. The gauge said there was propane in the tank so I asked how to start it. However, we we determined it was out of propane and the gauge was wrong. A message asking if there was more propane was not answered for 2 days...only when Kevin saw my son was leaving with the tank, did he give him cash for us to refill & then he replied to the message saying it was all good. I had planned to cook dinner and wasn't able to twice.During our stay the doorknob to the apartment broke. We informed Kevin as soon as it happened as I was locked out with our dog. No one responded to the doorbell, message that was left with Ring or the email for quite some time. In order to gain access to the apartment, my son had to remove the doorknob from the inside. For two days the apartment had no doorknob, allowing access to our space by anyone who entered the lower door which was always unlocked.
