With 4 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 4 twin beds, this fantastic property offers plenty of space for up to 12 guests to relax after enjoying the Beautiful Beach.
Enjoy the private pool when not soaking up the sun at the Gulf or out at the wonderful attractions near by.

The living room has 3 large sofas, easily accommodating 9-12 guests

The master bedroom has a King Size bed and 45" Roku TV. and large walk in closet.
It also has a wonderful ensuite bathroom with a large dual head shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin, great for a small family.

The third bedroom has a queen bed

The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and 3 twin beds. Great for a kids bunk room or a large family.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything need to make your delicious meals. Full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Stocked for 12 guests with pots and pans, dishes, glassware and silverware, coffeemaker, toaster, mixer and serving dishes.
Beautifully updated with quartz countertops, painted cabinets and fresh paint throughout.

The dining room seats 6 and there are 3 barstools and 4 seats at the breakfast nook.

There is a laundry room with a brand new full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer, bathtub, and/ or shower for added convenience.

All linens are provided. Sheets, towels and beach towels.

There is plenty of parking for 4 average cars on the driveway.

There are 2 6-seater golf carts available for $500 each, per stay, for short trips to and from the beach and throughout the neighborhood.

Drivers MUST be 18 years or older with a Valid Driver License,

"They are NOT street legal, they're strictly used for touring around the neighborhood, and to the beach access. NOT ALLOWED ON BACK BEACH RD. Only allowed on Front Beach Rd to and from the beach. Again, drivers Must be a Licensed driver 18 or older." Upon renting, renter/guest accepts liability responsibility.

Pets are allowed, max of 2 dogs under 35# at $250 per pet per stay.

Vacation Rental Agreement:

Upon booking property, you are agreeing to these terms:

HOLD HARMLESS

For the property at 331 Kelly St, Panama City Beach, Florida.

Owner attempts to properly maintain the vacation rental. The vacationer agrees to immediately notify the owner of any maintenance problem, so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible.

Owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he has no control. This includes, but is not limited to:

Power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation, construction, mechanical failure such as pool, hot tubs, television, etc.

No refunds will be given for occurrences beyond the owner’s control.

*Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries that may occur to Vacationers or their guests as a result of the acts of said Vacationers and guests."

*Owner is not responsible for any theft or damage to vacationer’s belongings during their stay at the vacation rental."

Upon payment for stay at above property, vacationers agree that they have read and understood this agreement. The vacationer accepts all terms, condition, and restrictions without exception.
