Complete with a garage and private driveway, this haven also boasts a coveted 6-seater golf cart for your exclusive use, whisking you to uncrowded beach accesses in just a 2-minute ride or leisurely 5-minute stroll along Riviera Drive.

Convenience is key with grocery and drug stores such as Carousel, Publix, Winn-Dixie, and CVS all just 5 minutes away. Additionally, revel in the proximity to the famed 30A and Pier Park, both a mere 10-minute drive.

Constructed in 2015, this home has been updated with upscale finishes. Enter into a spacious open-concept kitchen and living area, featuring a grand 65” TV. The kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with ample counter space, seating for 4 at the bar, a generous sitting area, and a pantry.
Step onto the private screened porch, complete with cozy seating and a ceiling fan, or unwind in the fenced backyard with a convenient gas grill for outdoor feasts.

Retreat to the sprawling master suite, boasting a plush king bed, 42” TV, and a luxurious private bath featuring double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a separate tub - perfect for families with little ones. A walk-in closet adds to the suite's allure.
The first guest room offers a queen bed, while the second features two twin beds, ideal for accommodating guests of all ages. The second bathroom boasts a convenient combo tub/shower and ample counter space.

Additional features include a pull-out sofa in the living room, recent updates including fresh paint, new bedroom flooring, and updated furnishings and decor. Loved our time in PCB! This home is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. Great location on the quiet West end. Having the golf cart was a major plus! Would love to stay again at this beautiful, pet-friendly home.

Amazing Beach House!!!

Our stay at Dustin’s beach house was absolutely perfect. From the very beginning communication was great, the house immaculately clean, beds super comfy, great location close to a beautiful beach access that was never busy and plenty of shopping and great restaurants . The golf cart made trip to the beach a breeze. There were also beach chairs provided which is an added bonus for those of us who fly. Dustin’s place is the one and am counting down the days till we can return!

Clean and cozy house

This house checked all of our boxes. Our family of 4 plus 1 dog had more than enough room. The house was very clean and cozy. The house is located minutes from the beach and the golf cart made trips to the beach so easy. The host responded quickly to any questions we had and was very helpful. We would love to return for another stay someday!

Great place to relax

We went for our summer vacation. 4 of us total plus our dog. House was very comfortable. The golf cart was a great addition to the house to access the beach as it is a few blocks away. Beach access with the cart was very easy. Kitchen was well equipped and we made a few meals which was nice. The living room and the kitchen are all in one big room so it was nice to be able to be together with the family while cooking. The back porch was great for morning coffee and reading. Overall an excellent experience.

Absolutely PERFECT!

We took our 16 yo son, two grown sons, granddaughter, one girlfriend of a son, and our dachshund. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the week and more. The AC was due for minor maintenance on the day that we arrived and Dustin was very helpful and prompt with getting it done within minutes of contacting him. The golf cart was key to making the trips to the beach and back extremely pleasant!

Loved it for the second year in a row!

We loved this house so much last year that we came back this year! It's the perfect location - quiet and secluded, but also close enough to the action when we wanted it. I'm sure we'll be back a third time!

We found our favorite beach house. The neighborhood is quiet..Perfect for afternoon walks. We love having the back yard and golf cart to take to the beach. The house has a nice floor plan. It is furnished nicely and the kitchen is well stocked. We will definitely recommend it to friends and love ok forward to the next visit.

Great family spring vacation!

We had a wonderful time with our family in a very cute and well appointed vacation home! We had everything that we needed! Updated kitchen appliances, clean etc. Quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors! Definitely would not hesitate to go back!

Home has everything you need.

Home is really a home and nice. It has it all. Clean, plenty of kitchenware and lots of sitting areas. Full dining area, too. Then an easy walk or ride to the beach. A very nice property owner makes this a perfect 10.

25th Anniversary Getaway

The Palm house was a great place to relax. All furnishings were gorgeous and comfortable. Kitchen had all the equipment needed. Felt immediately at home, and was perfect for our Aussie Ishka. Nice Neighborhood, fun area to visit.

Great house near beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and perfect for our family. Kids loved the bunk beds and the updated home was very comfortable. We had to contact Dustin during the trip and he was super responsive so that was much appreciated. Golf cart was also great to have to load up and hit the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful House / Wonderful Location

This was a great spot for a quick getaway for a few days. The house appeared to be fairly new with many upgrades. While we didn’t spend a ton of time in the house, the time we did was great. It’s a short golf cart ride to the beach, which was great. Will definitely look to return for a longer stay next time.

Awesome House and Location!

We had an awesome trip! Both the house and location are amazing! The house is immaculate and the beautiful beach is a short 3 minute golf cart ride. You can park the golf cart at the top of the walking path and walk right down to the beach no problem at all (we did it each day of our stay with a 2.5 year old and a 1 month old). The 6 person golf cart with the fold down back for all of our beach stuff was great. Dustin (homeowner) is also very accommodating and easy to communicate with. He is an excellent host. We would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back in the future!

Perfect location close to the beach.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in this very comfortable house. It was very clean, and the beds had crisp linens-the owners have really taken every detail into consideration. We loved the small, quiet community, yet it was very close to Pier Park and 30A. The golf cart was great for getting to the beach access and we also enjoyed morning walks to the beach. We would definitely rent this house again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic in every way!

This is truly great house located a very short golf cart ride away from the beach. The owner (Dustin) is on top of everything and a great communicator. The kitchen is very well stocked for all of your cooking needs. Also, the house is spotless. I wouldn’t have to think twice about booking this property if we were in the area again. Thank you Dustin!

REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY!

The house is clean and very nicely decorated...just like the pictures! Everything is new and nicely appointed. We had everything we needed. The golf cart is WONDERFUL to have when going to the beach! The neighborhood is very nice and quiet...great for a family vacation. Highly recommend!!
