**Upcoming Winter Building Project: expect noise, painting starting October 19, stairwell door repairs November 2-20, the pool closure November 2-19, tight parking, and limited balcony use December 7-18.

Smart Thermostat allows cooling to 70 degrees; system shuts off if the balcony door is open more than 5 minutes.
