I really liked our host Vanessa, she made everything so easy to understand. This is my 2nd stay at Majestic Towers and both times it was great. Look forward to coming back.

We loved our visit to this condo! It is in such a great location and the view from the deck is amazing! Lots of ammenties on sight and so many places in a short driving distance. The condo was exactly as pictured. Parking in the garage can be a bit of a hassle but keep going past floor 3. Like many other towers in the area there is an additional parking fee (around 40 at the time of our stay) that you don't pay through vrboDoor to patio takes a bit of a strong arm, so we found it best to push it barely closed while we were there. Security is very present and watchful about wrist bands. Such a beautiful stay 10/10 would stay here again!

Condo was as advertised. Clean , had everything we needed to cook. There was a full compliment of spices which was nice. The beach chairs and umbrella’s were definitely a plus. The unit came with 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach as well but we still used the chairs from the condo to set in the water. Convenient location close to stores And restaurants. The unit being on the second floor was really nice because we didn’t need the elevator to much. Had good communication through the entire process. We had a great vacation .

We had a wonderful stay, the condo was clean an very conveniently located next to many restaurants an activities.Food at the H20 bar was delicious, starbucks down stairs always a treat. We really enjoyed our stay an plan to come back in the future.

Perfect for family

The second floor and location of unit was perfect. Our ages are 38,37,8, and 2; we were able to use the stairs and elevators. We never waited more than 3 minutes for an elevator. The room looked exactly like the pictures. Balcony view was amazing! There were brooms and dustpan available for all the sand that gets tracked inside. Room was ready right at 4:00 as stated. Resort: The cart check in and check out process was very nice to ensure you actually get a cart and don’t have to hunt one down. Security is pretty strict here, they check wrist bands often and ask kids to point out parents. They do stop you from using balls and floats in the pool area. The heated indoor pools were great for cool nights and mornings.Overall, we would stay at this resort and unit again. We had a great spring break.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience didn't start off very well. We got to FLorida early so we decided to stop to see if we could find our room. The inspector was going inside. We told him we were just locating the room. He said if we could wait about 1 1/2 hour, the room would be ready. We left to get some lunch and then went to the grocery store. We got back 2 hours later and the room still hadn't been cleaned. Unfortunately, we had cold groceries. I called the 800 # and spoke to a lady. She was of no help. We ended up waiting until after 4 to get into our room. Not happy about that at all. We did enjoy the room. Like all of them, it could use a deep cleaning but the room was very well stocked with everything you need. The couch was a little "used". The weather was beautiful despite the hurricane south of us. We had a great vacation!

Beautiful View

Overall it was great! View was beautiful, location was great, and the condo was nice. Just a few minor things: there was no dishwasher liquid or pods, not a lot of bath towels and washcloths, 1 roll of paper towel, and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. I’m not sure if that’s something that is normally stocked or not? However, we brought extra toilet paper and paper towels with us. Our family had a great vacation! We would stay here again.

Adequate For Our Needs

This was my first time not staying in a hotel so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The rooms were comfortable, although the living room furniture looked like it had come from various yard sales, the second bedroom had a bed that was so tall that I couldn’t get into due to physical limitation's and the skillets need to be replaced. I also had to wash the bathroom and kitchen rugs as they looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time and there were dust bunnies and crumbs under both beds. I had taken Clorox Wipes so I was able to wipe everything down and felt a little more comfortable other than hoping that the bed covers had been cleaned after the last guests.

Very Spacious but Not a Favorite

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and BIG. The pictures do not do it justice. We had 4 adults and an infant and everyone was very comfortable. We brought our shaved ice machine and were thrilled to find an under counter ice maker. The balcony was large and everything was very clean and organized.There was an unexpected fire inspection during our stay. I didn’t like having a man enter the property while I was alone with a sleeping baby. My advice would be to schedule these inspections when there is nobody renting the unit like after check out and before check in. It was very uncomfortable.As for the resort, there are lots of pools, even a fenced in baby pool which was a highlight for us. However, the resort was monitored by a security team and they were not friendly. They also closed the pools daily for “lightning in the area”. Sometimes I think they would forget to reopen them. The condo was perfect but because of the security guards and the pools being closed half of our trip, we probably will try a different resort or just get a house.

No need to wait for elevators (even though they were fast and safe), nice view of the beach and the resort has a nice bar and grill with great wings and a nice little market where kids loved to go get ice cream each day.
