It still has the gentle character of a century-old home—slightly sloping floors, original woodwork—and it sits on a street of grand old houses, which is part of what makes the neighborhood special.

Our beautiful home offers an open floor plan for the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The three main bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and laundry are all on the first floor. Plenty of closets and a mud room provide ample storage and organization options. The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, and bakeware. The coffee bar has Pike Place Roast and Bullet Coffee Decaf, multiple creamer options, and sugar.

The house is located in the heart of historical Xenia, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The home is 10 minutes from Yellow Springs and 15 minutes from Dayton. The Air Force Museum is just a quick drive away. We are right on the bike trail, and you can store your bikes securely in our one-car garage.
