You are less than a mile to the Little Miami River for kayaking/tubing fun and a short drive to the bike path with some of the best trails in Ohio. Located nearby Yellow Springs, Centerville, Downtown Dayton, Beavercreek, Kettering, Xenia and of course Bellbrook!

The place was a perfect retreat for a couple families. The outdoor space was amazing with a firepit for the grown-ups and the expansive yard for the kids. The kids loved the zipline!

We really enjoyed out stay. Such a lovely setting. It was easy to drive to our destinations of the Ohio Renaissance Fari and Lebanon to go to dinner at The Golden Lamb. A great place for us to gather and relax. Had a fire at the fire pit every night. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and work a puzzle or watch TV. The host was very easy to reach and helpful. We look forward to coming back someday.

Great property for larger groups who all want their own space. Kitchen and living room were roomy and comfortable. They had everything we needed for an extended weekend stay. Great location in the woods that gave us privacy but a lot of outdoor space. Fire pit is a great touch and the zip line was fun even for adults. The home was very clean and the check in/check out instructions were simple and easy.

Just Amazing! This gorgeous gem reminded me of the Berkshires! The farm house is immaculate and so inviting. The beds are super comfortable and every window has a spectacular view! I would give it AWe loved, loved the zip line. The property that the home is situated on is breathtaking! We really enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and telling stories. I would choose this place again and again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience and an amazing home!

A fantastic experience! This property is amazing! We were able to gather a large family and have plenty of space. The location is convenient to grocery stores but also within short drives to anywhere in the Dayton area such as Boonshoft Discovery Museum, Dayton Dragons baseball, Air Force museum and more. The owner/host was incredible and responded so fast with any need or request we had. A truly 5 star stay and we’re looking forward to booking again!

Modern, Private, and Spacious Stay with Plenty of Land to Roam

We came to Xenia for the long weekend to attend my daughter's graduation in Dayton. This was the perfect location as it was only 25 minutes away from her school and it was about 10 minutes away from stores, restaurants, and anything we needed. The property itself was stunning and very clean! The hosts thought of everything and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend staying here if you're ever in the area and we would def stay here again!

In town for nephew's wedding

Although we had an issue with the home being cleaned in preparation for our arrival, this was not at the fault of the owner and they were genuinely apologetic and beyond accomodating. I gave cleanliness 5 stars because outside of this the house was clean and organized. The home was very spacious and comfortable. Although it was December the kids enjoyed the wonderful outside settng. Would very a great place to come with a group of friends or family and just hang out. If you have to go into town like we did, it is an easy drive. Highly recommended!

Just like home

This amazing property was beautiful, clean, and accurate to the description. We had just about everything we needed and the host made us all feel so welcome. We had a special request at check in and they responded quickly and listened. I would recommend to anyone staying in Xenia or close by!

Beautiful property, very clean

Gorgeous property. House is very nice. I would suggest adding a few more plates and silverware. There were 8 of us and we had to run the dishwasher everyday after lunch and dinner even if it wasn't full. It really wasn't a big deal though. We had one situation which the host had great response time on and got the problem fixed very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect wedding weekend

We came to Bellbrook for my daughter’s wedding. The house is spacious and well stocked, and the surrounding property is beautiful ! It served well for a 4th of July cookout (loved the zip line), and the patio was the perfect spot to have breakfast with our daughter the morning of her wedding. Michael was easy to reach and very responsive when we encountered a few hiccups during our stay. We had only one regret about the trip….that we didn’t book the house for an extra few days to unwind after the wedding! We hope to visit again soon!

Wonderful Retreat!

We stayed in this beautiful property during the week and weekend of our daughter’s wedding. Mike and his team are FABULOUS and so hospitable! He even delivered firewood for us for a bonfire! The house is spacious, well equipped and decorated so beautifully. What an elegant and relaxing way to prepare for and celebrate with our daughter. We will definitely be back when visiting the newlyweds!
