The ultimate get away with beautiful sunsets, coastal wildlife, and star filled nights. Lighted dock with fish green light allows fishing right out the back door at high tide. (Redfish/black drum/flounder). This modern space (2400 sq ft) boasts of 5 TVs, 3 bathrooms, a game room with ping pong, an electric fireplace, parking for 3 vehicles, and a FULLY stocked kitchen. Palacios, "a city by the sea" is a small, hidden fishing town with ample charm! Public fishing piers/boat ramps ice the cake! We have tried to think of everything to make Pelican Place your new "home away from home." We believe all the little touches as well as the quaint surroundings will really impress you and give you a very enjoyable experience. Our goal is for you to come again and again. As you consider your particular needs, here are some more details that may help you in your booking decision. Sea Life Master Bedroom: We have a tempurpedic king sized bed that adjusts on a remote. There is a private bath (BATH 1) off of the bedroom, and we provide large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Each bathroom has two rolls of toilet paper and a hair dryer. There is an additional twin bed but not counted as one of the eight sleeping spots. One dresser and end tables are provided. One TV with remote. There is no closet access as that is the owner's closet. Mermaid Room: We have a queen bed with a dresser and a sitting chair. There is a large closet with extra bedding. Room features a beautiful view of the waterfront. Side table with TV and a remote. Texas Room: We have a full bed with a large closet and a side chair. Room features a beautiful view of the waterfront. Side table with TV and a remote. Game Room: Game room features a TV with remote, electronic dart board, smaller ping pong table, fishing rod holder, small couch/futon, and breakfast table with great view of the ocean. In the brown cabinet, there are lots of board games and children's books. Living Room: Room has a total of 5 recliners and a 65 inch TV with remote. There is an electric fireplace that has light and heat. Queen-sized futon with coils folds out for a comfortable nights sleep. There is a newly remodeled bathroom off the living room (BATH 2). Hall bath (BATH 3): This is bath off of kitchen. We provide large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Each bathroom has two rolls of toilet paper and a hair dryer. Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen to include insta pot, air fryer, coffee pot, Keurig, crock pot, toaster, and electric can opener. We have all kinds of pots and roasters. Plenty of counter and storage space. Two starter dishwashing pods provided and three trash bags under the sink. Dining area: Nice table that will seat 8 people. Extra chairs are provided. Take a picture by the mural to add to the memories! Laundry Room: Washer and dryer are provided with two starter pods. Black closet is for cleaning crew only. Iron and ironing board are provided. Fishing deck: There is a green fishing light and lighted deck. We provide crab cages to add to the fun. We have caught lots of fish!
