The beach is just a short drive away, and the neighborhood feels peaceful and residential rather than busy or commercial. You’re close enough to restaurants, grocery stores, and boat excursions, but far enough to enjoy true island calm.
What we love most is how uncrowded it feels. Even in peak season, you can experience stretches of beach that feel almost private. The water is crystal clear, the sunsets are incredible, and the pace of life slows down the moment you arrive.
It’s the kind of place where you exhale.
