We own the building and proudly host the units to help show off the neighborhood we love. We want you to enjoy your stay. We have automated check-in and check-out so you don't have to wait around for a key, but, we are generally available to help with questions or problems.

Rountree is home to Springfield's only neighborhood merchant area and you are right in the very center of it all. Enjoy locally owned shops, a coffee shop, a wine bar, a tea bar, a taco stand, a microbrewery, ramen bar, bike shop, or enjoy a scoop of ice cream from the shop downstairs. Spread your blanket on the lawn for an afternoon read or nap. Patios and sidewalks abound, so take a walk down tree-lined 100-year-old streets or put your feet up and relax.

We provide on-site parking on our gravel lot at the rear of the building. We are walking distance to Missouri State, and centrally located in the city so everything is relatively close.

The kitchen is fully stocked and usable for real cooking.

There is a dishwasher and microwave.
