Grace's Place is ready and waiting to welcome your group for your next Lake Tahoe getaway. Perfect for groups of up to 10, this 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has lots of room to spread out and soak in the forested surroundings.
Enter into the spacious living room, connected by a few steps up to the adjacent kitchen and dining room, and enjoy filtered lake views from the comfort of plush furnishings. Wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and ambiance on chilly nights. Well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals with family and friends. Dining table seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at the bar next to it and 3 more at the kitchen island. A lake view deck just off of the dining area provides a gas grill (available in summer only).
Just off the living room is a bedroom with a Twin trundle bed and a large desk for quiet work space. On the other side of the living room, past the kitchen, are the other 4 bedrooms and all 3 bathrooms. On the right is a bedroom with a Twin-over-Double bunk bed, attached to a bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway. On the left side of the hallway is another bedroom with a Twin trundle bed, and one with a Queen. There's a shared guest bathroom with double sinks and combination tub/shower in the hallway. Around the corner, at the end of the hall, is the primary bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom.
Next to the 2 car garage (parking for 1 car), and accessible from it, is a large recreation room with a pool table, sofa, chairs and TV (photo coming soon). Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Grace's Place backs up to 13 acres of open space loaded with fragrant pine trees, manzanita bushes, and a seasonal creek. About 2 miles east of downtown Tahoe City, it's conveniently located for shopping and dining as well. Easy access to downhill and cross country skiing, hiking, biking, boating, kayaking, and other adventures.

- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
