🛺 GOLF CART

Skip the hassle and cost of renting one! A 6-seater golf cart is included with your stay so you can cruise to the beach, dinner, or around town with ease.

(Golf cart agreement required.)

For safety and to comply with local golf cart regulations:

• Drivers must be 21+ years old

• During Spring Break (typically March) drivers must be 25+ years old

• VRBO and Direct bookings require a $500 refundable deposit

Since we self-manage the home, we love sharing our favorite local spots for fishing, restaurants, beaches, fresh seafood, and hidden gems around Port Aransas.



When you stay at Villa Blue, you're not just renting a house, you're getting the local experience.



Guest Access:

Use of the house except 1 closet and locked cabinet in the garage



Other Things to Note:

• We’re excited to include a 6-seater golf cart with your stay because it’s one of the best ways to get around Port Aransas! Rentals can be expensive and time-consuming, especially during peak season when they can reach $200+ per night. Please treat the cart with care and follow the rules outlined in the golf cart agreement. If you notice any issues, let us know right away. We perform regular maintenance and tune-ups so guests can continue to enjoy this fun and convenient amenity. In the rare event the golf cart requires service during your stay, we will notify you as soon as possible and will do our best to help arrange a comparable rental with a local vendor.



• To operate the golf cart, guests must provide government-issued photo ID and sign a golf cart agreement.

Driver requirements:

• 21+ years old to operate the cart

• 25+ years old during Spring Break (per local rules)



A credit or debit card will also be required for incidental charges. Port Aransas has specific regulations about where golf carts may be driven, and drivers are responsible for following all city rules. These guidelines will be shared prior to your stay.



• Our home is treated regularly by a professional pest control company. However, as a coastal property, occasional insects can still appear despite preventative treatments. While we work hard to keep the home clean and well maintained, the presence of insects or minor maintenance issues does not qualify for refunds. In the rare event the house requires regularly scheduled pest control services during your stay, we will notify you as soon as possible and will do our best to help arrange during a time that's convenient for you



• Pets must be approved and added to the reservation in advance. If a pet is brought without prior approval or payment, a $500 fee may apply and could result in cancellation of your booking.

The pet fee is $50 per pet, and we allow up to 2 small or medium-sized dogs.



• Please keep the garage door closed when not in use to help maintain security. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the garage or around the property. If any property items are stolen due to the garage being left open, guests may be held responsible.



• Special requests are always welcome, but they are subject to availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed. Some requests may involve additional fees.
