The Space
This charming 4-bedroom-4 queens and 1 full size beds, 2-full bath home is just 2 minutes from the stunning Pine Lake, making it the perfect spot for family gatherings or a fun weekend with friends. Take approximately 3 Stair Steps inside to find a warm and inviting atmosphere, featuring comfortable furnishings and ample space for relaxation. The open living area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, ready for your culinary adventures.
The main level family room is equipped with a 42” Smart TV, dining room with table that can seat 8 with a smaller table that can seat up to 5, and a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom on this level offers a queen size bed and 42” Smart TV and the other bedroom on this level offers a full-size bed. The full bath is a combo shower and tub. The deck has a grill, outdoor seating, and table, and party lights making it an amazing spot to take in sunsets and enjoy the outdoors. There are 2 kayaks available for guests to use at their own risk along with 4 adult life preservers. These may be used in Pine Lake and Stone Lake. You can again access through the private pier access.
The lower-level basement is accessed through the kitchen. There are 2 steps down to the landing and then a flight of stairs to access this level. This space is for entertainment. It features 2 Large Couch Bean Bag Chairs, Air Hockey Table, 50” Smart TV, and game space for rainy days.
The second story offers a laundry room with washer and dryer, full bath is a combo shower and tub with 2 separate sinks. One bedroom on this level offers a queen size bed and the other bedroom has 2 queen beds. All rooms have clocks, charging stations for phones, lamps, closets, and hangers.
