Enjoy a beach retreat at Palm Bay Club! This condo is a 5 minute walk to the private beach by crossing the main road and following a brick paver path through the resort property. Relax and enjoy the beach in lounge chairs that are available to all guests. The condo is private, quiet, and very close to the beautiful bayside pool and outdoor grill area. A large second pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, and fitness center are also located on the property. This condo has a king bed in the main bedroom and bunk beds (twin over double) in the second bedroom. Comfortable and clean furniture, wifi, A/C, smart TVs, and outdoor patio seating make the space a home away from home. This condo is great for families or smaller groups who want a getaway!

Minimum age requirement: At least one guest in the party must be age 25 or older as required by The Palm Bay Club condo association.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The condo was awesome and we totally enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi. Whitney was very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again

I can't say enough of how quickly the host communicated with us. She was very helpful. Upon arriving, our code to the gate didn't work but she remedied the situation very quickly. Our complaints would be that there were dirty sheets on the master bed, there was a fire alarm with no cover, and dirty bathroom cleaning tools within sight and reach in the other bedroom's bath. With being unable to know if the sheets had been changed or clean on the master, my husband and I slept on top of the bedding. There was also a dishwasher full of dishes upon our arrival that we had to empty. Bulbs throughout the unit were burnt out. The TV remotes had dead batteries that we had to get new for to make them work. The parking spaces are severely narrow and posed a challenge several times. Our feet were black even upon our first day of arrival and just walking around the unit on with no shoes. We, as we noted in our reservation, we have a baby who is the age of crawling. There was no dish soap to wash dishes. There wasn't enough toilet paper to get us through our 3 night stay. We loved the pools and again, the communication of the host was stellar. These were just the issues we faced.

Clean unit in building with great amenities

The unit was clean and the towels were wonderful! It worked well for two couples for 3 nights. Pool on bay side is great. Nice large TV in the living room. Bathrooms are small and outdated but still clean!

Perfect getaway!

Whitney’s property was exactly as pictured and I would highly recommend staying here! The proximity to the two pools and the beach was great with our almost two year old and the property provided us with everything we needed. We were within 20-25 mins of many Sarasota attractions and with renting a car, both parking and getting around were easy. We would certainly stay here again!
