Just what we needed

Nice little house that served its purpose for me and my family. I was afraid the parking would be an issue but there was ample parking for my oversized truck. Great views and cute porch for enjoying your morning coffee.

Nice 2 Bedroom in Rancho Mirage

Had a wonderful time going to various events in Palm Springs from this nice, clean 2 bedroom house. The bed was comfortable and the house is clean and larger than I anticipated. Modern appliances and a washer and dryer made my stay that much more convenient and the patio facing the fountain was very relaxing in the evenings. Will definitely be staying here in the future.

The Colony is conveniently located on Gerald Ford Drive near downtown Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley communities. This spacious two-bedroom home in The Colony has beautiful view of mountains, nice pool and other amenities.

Dated, but a great price! If you're looking for a beautiful, extravagant place look elsewhere, but if you want a value homebase to rest your head at night, this is the place.

This place is exactly what you need while stating in Rancho Mirage. The house is comfortable and big enough for a family or small group. Wifi, AC, kitchen utensils and everything to make your holidays Congo rabid enough. Enjoy the stunning view at the resort surrounded by mountains and palm trees. It’s quiet, safe and clean. The facilities are fantastic with pool and gym. The location is good, 20 minutes away to Downtown Palm Springs by car. Nothing around walking distance. If you don’t drive you can opt for Uber or Lift, other than that I recommend 💯 this home.
