HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Preciosas de esta Encantos Portada huéspedes con su calidez y comodidad mientras disfrutan de una escapada relajante. La sala de estar muy bien decorado ofrece muebles actualiza incluyendo un sofá seccional, TV de pantalla plana, DVD, equipo de música, y una chimenea decorativa. La habitación familiar está abierto a la cocina, que cuenta con equipos actualizados, encimeras de granito y un rincón de comer en el desayuno. También hay una sala de estar y comedor formal.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size, TV, y un baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje y ducha independiente. El segundo dormitorio dispone de una cama de matrimonio, TV y baño privado. Los otros dos dormitorios tienen baño privado, uno de ellos con cama queen y TV, y el otro con gemelos.

Las instalaciones exteriores incluyen una piscina, cubiertas expansiva, parrilla de gas, cabaña, cabaña y baño completo fuera de la superficie de cubierta. Esta casa de Hilton Head se encuentra a unos 9 minutos de la playa.

Not sure where to start. This property is in need of significant updating in about every aspect of the house. Paint, carpet, outside patio and pool furniture to start with. The wood deck and pool deck were both very dirty when we arrived. The pool furniture was in the garage? They did come out and pressure wash but that should have been done prior to our arrival. The house is spacious and the pool is nice and private. If you know The Hilton Head area, this house is in a good spot for biking on the ample paths in and around Palmetto Dunes. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach. I should have looked more closely at the prior reviews because they were done 4-5 years ago and this property is not anywhere near the condition described in those reviews.

We had a wonderful visit. The house is beautiful, clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed to cook our traditional Thanksgiving meal. The rooms are large and spacious. Lots of room to spread out for quiet time. Great location. An easy walk to the beach. Or short drive to parking lot. We enjoyed riding bikes and had great access to the bike trails and played pickle ball at the racquet club. Staff at Island Getaways was helpful and responsive.

Island Getaway was wonderful to work with, and we would definitely consider booking through you again! We loved the pool - it had sun around it most of the day, and the outside dining was wonderful on a spring evening. The kitchen and living areas were updated and really perfect with the open concept. As were the two guest rooms to the right of the front, the bathrooms were updated and beautiful, as were the bedrooms and mattresses. The master bed and the guest bedroom to the left of the front entrance are very much in need of an update. We had three couples and a toddler and baby. I felt so sorry for the couple who had the front queen bedroom, the mattress looks like one from a cheap motel, and is in dire need of being replaced. Also, it was only 71 degrees one day, and that bedroom felt 80 in the afternoon from the heat of the sun. The heat was also felt in the master bedroom bath. But the thermostat is in the master bedroom, and didn't respond to the heat. With those updates, we'd love to stay again

We voiced all of these following issues with the rental company, spent the first day of vacation cleaning house washing all bed linens, Because cleaning service stated that mattress pads were only changed twice a year (we found that out when we we requested the master bed be changed because it look like a rumpled mess) ! Master bedroom bed frame was bent, hvac had to be called because the house was so hot, they replaced filter coil, The house had cobwebs we were taking down from ceilings and killing spiders in bathrooms. we did appreciate the rental company's gestures to make our stay better, but we will not be renting this house again.

Our entire family absolutely loved staying at 1 Lee Shore. The house is beautiful and spacious and easy access to the beach. The pool was amazing, the kitchen was well stocked and beautiful. We loved staying there!!!!! We would recommend a couple improvements and they are: The queen bed in the bedroom at front of house seemed worn and could be replaced, the air conditioning system needs to have the ability to be turned lower as several of us got hot during the nights. You might want to consider placing a larger TV in the family room for the size and number of seating. Overall, we loved our week at HHI and loved your home. Thanks so much.

Very disappointing stay!

We specifically rented this house because of the pool. We arrived to the house and the pool along with back deck were filthy. Also, the pools heat did not work. We arrived the Saturday before Easter, so after leaving a message for the rental agency on Saturday we never heard back. We had to call again on Monday ourselves. On Monday after losing 2 pool days due to the temperature of the pool, we requested heat be turned on. The obliged and sent someone out. After the tech was sent out, we found out the heat didn't work and hasnt worked in some years. Why would anyone's advertise a home with a pool when the pool was inoperable?!?! We had 4 children under the age of 7 who wanted to swim. Coming from cold WI weather, all the children's talked about was swimming. We brought along countless pool toys and blow ups and whatnot. None of which were used. It was the most disappointing vacation I have ever been on. Why on earth would they advertise this home as having a pool?! I've never been more upset. It was a total bait and switch. We had some issues within the home as well. But honestly, the biggest disappointment was this pool. There were so many other homes we could have rented without a pool and saved thousands. I will never use this rental agency or VRBO again.

Thank you so much for your feedback. After looking into this matter I have found that this property is NOT listed as having a heated pool on our Web site nor does it say that it can be heated under the description of the property. Most pools can be heated but some cannot. Our apologies for any confusion with our staff. I do show we scheduled an additional pool clean during your stay. The pollen and debris this time of year can be challenging to keep up with. We hope you will book with us in the future and if so please double check if the pool can be heated. I know that is frustrating with young kids! We want you to have the best experience possible!
