The Space:

This cozy beach house, just a stone’s throw from the beach, is filled with sunshine and charm. The top level welcomes you with a bright, open kitchen, featuring a breakfast bar with two seats, perfect for quick meals. The dining area is inviting, bathed in natural light, and the living room offers a comfy spot to relax and hangout. There is one King bedroom on the top floor with an en suite bathroom. There is a front porch with comfortable seating in front of the house, a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze.



Downstairs, the house continues to offer cozy comfort with two queen bedrooms and a bunk room, ideal for kids or extra guests. The laundry area adds practicality, and another full bathroom is available for easy access. Outdoors, you'll find an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after the beach, a peaceful porch swing tucked under the house for lazy afternoons, and a picnic table for casual outdoor meals. This home is a perfect blend of warmth, light, and beachy relaxation, making it the ideal getaway for a small group or family.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
