Cottage near the New Orleans Airport

1. The User Code to enter home will be issued before the arrival of the guest. Check In time is 3pm and Check Out is 11am

2. Every room has a Ceiling Fan with a Remote except the 1st room which will need to be controlled by the pull-down chains.

3. The TV’s are operated by their respective remotes.The TV’s use a built-in ROKU streaming service. Feel free to use any of your own subscription services.

4. WiFi network connection is : ATTPYZVps2. Password : AmeliaSt301. For an easier connection, scan the QR code in the picture frame below the main TV.

5. Out of respect for our neighbors: No Loud Music after 10 pm.

6. Friendly reminder this home is NOT a Party Venue.

7. An assortment of K –cups have been provided, along with creamers and sugar. Please feel free to make use of the snacks and water provided

8. Towels will be provided for guests. They can be found on the racks and shelves of the guest bathroom and the master bedroom.

9. Toiletries are available for your use. Make up removal towels have been provided and there is a hair dryer in each bathroom.

10. Please do not flush any feminine products down the toilet. Disposal bags can be found in every bathroom.

11. There are first aid kits located in the Pantry.

12. A mounted Fire extinguisher can be found in the Kitchen.

13. Cleaning supplies will be located in the laundry room in the cabinet in the Wash room. We have also provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

14. Upon check out please strip the bed linen. Place the bed linen and used towels on the bed before leaving.

15. The Garbage for the house is located in the Pull-out Bottom Right Cabinet next to the Back Door. Garbage Days are on Tuesdays and Fridays. The Garbage Bin can be placed out at the end of the Driveway facing the Street.

16. There are 2 Lever Knobs on the Back door. The top one is the functional door lever. Locking is accomplished with pressing the Lock button. Just so know, it will still open even locked from the inside.

17. There are 2 Exterior Cameras on the Property. The 1st one is a Blink Door Bell and the 2nd is outside of our Warehouse shop over the back door.

Some pet friendly supplies can be found at the bottom of the Pantry. The yard is enclosed but please supervise your pet at all times. We have supplied a sofa cover to be placed on the sofa.

Dog lovers – we have provided a complimentary pet bed. There are pee pads , doggy poo bags and an assortment of doggy toys. Cat lovers- we have provided a cat litter box , cat toys and scratching mat .

We love to accommodate you and your pet during your stay with us. The required pet fee of $75.00 goes towards additional cleaning costs.
