A cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with a 35' concrete seawall that will accommodate up to a 30' boat. This vacation rental has a relaxing, covered patio with comfortable seating to watch the boaters go by and maybe get a glimpse of a manatee swimming by. With views of the ocean from this home, you'll sure to be tempted to go boating every day for a fishing adventure or visit a nearby sandbar!
The bedroom has a queen size bed.
The living room is equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa and TV. The bathroom is located just outside of the bedroom and is equipped with a shower/tub combo. A dedicated workspace including a desk and chair are available for those who work on the go.
The fully equipped kitchen features a dining table with 4 seats. There is a Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker at this home for you to enjoy your favorite brew. Outdoor you will find a gas BBQ grill to cook up your fresh catches. This home has central A/C.

Located inside Venture Out on Cudjoe Key. A separate Registration Fee of $125 (subject to change) will be charged by Venture Out at time of arrival. This fee must be paid with cash or credit card (4% credit card fee will apply). Parking for 1 vehicle per Unit. This vehicle must fit on the driveway and not extend out to the road. The driveway measurements are 19'L x 12'L. If your vehicle does not fit when you arrive, you will need to see the guard gate for an additional parking pass for the overflow lot which costs $5/day. Extra parking permit may be available at the Guard Station for an additional nightly fee for a maximum of 14 days depending on availability. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay.
Main guest must be 25 years of age or older and will need to email a copy of your drivers license to the Rental Manager after booking has been accepted. The vacation rental agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking acceptance. There is a 4% credit card processing fee.

Very Dated

Not able to do Laundry as washer was not spinning water out of clothes and towels, we did throw in, mgmt. was notified and sent a repairman that arrived when we were leaving, and we didn't feel comfortable leaving him alone in space without being there. Our first night of arrival we removed shoes and socks and discovered that the floor was filthy, and my fiancé mopped entire floor as best as possible but without good quality mop and wringer it was impossible to achieve. The amenities were in bad shape and/or not working properly. The toaster needs to be replaced and we quit using it, we had only one sharp knife to use, a steak knife! The blinds on sliders were both in bad condition and one was missing two panels, and I jury rigged them to stay up but blind to patio area had to be manual opened. Most of the draperies are rotting and mildew stained, along with the shower curtain has mold on it. There is a dishwasher mentioned in amenities, but none present. Property description mentions 2 TV's but bedroom not there. The gas grill was dirty, and burners were rusty, needs repair or replacement, was not usable. Grill brush had no bristles. We saw a very large cockroach in kitchen by toaster. Dishes were always done and kitchen cleaned, and food put away so no reason to attract them. Sadly, property is very old and not being represented well. The bed was comfortable, and shower had warm water. The pool and sauna were very nice and quite useful.
