Back home, catch the amazing sight of whales in season or a lovely sunset from the lanai/balcony, then relax with a show on the huge smart TV. There's an in-unit W/D, dishwasher and disposal, plus a 65" TV in the bedroom and free WiFI.

Enjoy upscale furnishings in this stylish, 3rd floor one-bedroom condo with pano ocean views. View Maui's gorgeous sunsets from the lanai. Prepare simple or elaborate meals in the remodeled, fully equipped kitchen. All this in one of the most sought-after locations for enjoying/exploring South Maui.

Across the street is Kalama Beach Park, one of the island's premier beginner surfing spots. Nearby are Hi-Tech Kihei and Maui Wave Riders: a leading surf shop and a vibrant surf school. Rent a board or take a lesson. Cove Beach is right there too - popular with paddle boarders.
COMFORT AND CULTURE
The condo features an open layout with the living room, kitchen and lanai combining for a relaxed island vibe. Get comfy on the sofa and start a movie or sports event on the large smart TV. Or curl up in the leather recliner with a good mystery.

Ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room keep cooled air circulating. Island-inspired art as well as modern abstract pieces hang throughout. Free high-speed internet is available throughout the unit.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The full kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, range with oven and cooktop, plus an in-unit washer and dryer with supplied detergent. Small appliances include a traditional Cuisinart drip coffee maker, a new-model Keurig, electric kettle, a blender and a bread/bagel toaster. Also provided are silverware, dishes, mugs, glassware, extensive kitchen utensils, pots, pans, kettles, cookware and serving bowls.
BED AND BATH
The bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, nightstands and lots of lighting, an A/C appliance, another large flat-screen smart TV, a big closet and large dresser. The bath features a shower over tub and provides bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths plus a STARTER SUPPLY of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap and toilet paper.

Check the closet for beach towels, beach chairs, ice cooler and beach umbrella.

MORE AMENITIES
Additional amenities include free, unassigned parking, a heated pool and BBQ stations with picnic tables.

Beverly is extremely responsive and helpful. She gave us many local recommendations for eateries. The condo was well stocked, clean and located across the street from the beach and literally steps from 20 eateries, all very good.

Beverly was so nice, accommodating, and always responded quickly to questions. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful, especially at sunset. Great location; many restaurants are within walking distance. And a surf shop is right across the street. Thank you for a great stay!

Great condo in a great location

This location is great, it's next to a food park, walkable to beaches and other restaurants, close to Makena State Park/beach (my favorite beach in Maui). The property is superbly clean, comes with streaming, and has beach equipment. Watching TV on the huge flat screen in the living room is great. Beverly is also a great host, very communicative, has great recommendations for restaurants, and accommodating.

With more than 100 vacation rental stays, I can say this has been hands down, one of the best I have ever experienced. The host, Beverly, was absolutely incredible - communication, quality and compassion. The condo is in the best location, has killer sunset views, is perfectly appointed with anything and everything you could want. Not a single thing was missing! Can't recommend this place enough!

Fantastic property and location. Balcony with perfect views of the ocean and watching surfers. Don’t be concerned with the road nearby. Not loud at all. AC and WIFI internet were good. Host was helpful and quick to respond. Elevator to the third floor. Lots of parking in the lot provided.

I live in California and honestly, I came to Maui several years ago in search of healing from a painful breakup. I chatted with local folks who told me that Maui heals all: cancer, diabetes, you name it.

Maui did heal my broken heart. Its beautiful beaches, luscious flora, wide open blue skies and friendly people helped me see there is so much more to experience in life. Its lovely sunsets whispered that romance is all around us.

I purchased this condo just four weeks after my Maui visit. I hope that when you stay here you'll experience the same healing, peace, and pleasure that I found. If by chance you are searching, I hope you find your answer here.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Your stay is across from two beaches and a 2-3 minute walk to fabulous food trucks, fun restaurants and cozy bars. Plus great coffee, lots of shopping and, in five minutes, a supermarket.

I love being to walk in the morning sun to a yummy breakfast or out to a great dinner as evening cools the island. Plus, it's a safe walk at nearly any hour.

When you visit you mustn't miss South Maui Gardens, right next door (through the foliage) to your condo complex. Take a left out of the elevator and another left out of the parking lot. You'll see 3-4 parked cars and then the blue vintage surfer station wagon that marks the entrance. Here are a great coffee shop and 2+ excellent food trucks. Walk thru this area and down the wide gravel path and you'll discover 10-12 food trucks serving every cuisine imaginable in a festive atmosphere. Enjoy!
