Loved our stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this beach house! The location was perfect—just a short, easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and ice cream, which made everything super convenient. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were cozy, and the showers were so nice! Parking was a bit of a headache as we drove an SUV and a truck and there isn’t exactly space to park 2 in front of the unit and you have to rely on the first come first serve parking. Overall, everything was amazing and we’d love to stay again!

Perfect Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay so much. The location couldn’t be better, right on the beach with a gorgeous view from both living and master rooms. The home is adorably decorated with fun art and the master bathroom is a knockout. The living room rug shed badly (probably new) and we have a baby. Fuzz was sticking to him like crazy and I couldn’t find a vacuum or a broom and the rental company rushed both right over with apologizes. They were so kind, helpful, and easy to work with. Will definitely be back!

Not Welcoming

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the unit was beautifully decorated and made a great first impression, we found the huge bolts on the master bedroom closet a mild suggestion that we were trespassers and constant reminder of this as we tried to enjoy the otherwise beautiful space and view of the Gulf. While most units we have rented have one closet locked, this unit had several. We felt that we were intruders in someone's home rather than valued guests. The unit next to us was being renovated and the vehicles of the workers inhibited us from parking in our assigned parking space, further making us feel unwelcome in the unit for which we had paid. Furthermore, we were delayed in receiving our check in code beyond the stated 4pm. We were also instructed to leave the unit by 9AM on our departure day, instead of the customary 10-11am.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros:great location, things to do within walking distance. Beach access was great. Plenty of beach accessories available (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) at the time we stayed. Unit was comfortable and spacious and in good condition.Cons:The unit has a cockroach issue. They come out when you turn out the lights. We turned out the lights to watch a movie in the living room and when we turned on the lights after the movie there were several cockroaches on the walls and the furniture and two of our group had a cockroach actually on them after the movie. Reported this to management and she told me they are not "cockroaches" but "Palmetto bugs" a simple google search on "Palmetto bugs" shows that Palmetto Bug is just another name for the American cockroach, so I feel like she was just trying to put me off. If it weren't for the cockroaches there would be no cons to this property and would give 5 stars across the board, but the cockroaches are pretty unsettling and caused us to end our vacation a day early and make it where I can't really recommend this unit to anyone else until that issue is resolved (if it can be).
