Esta hermosa casa de 2.500 pies cuadrados recientemente remodelada de 4 habitaciones y 2 baños con garaje para 2 automóviles es perfecta para unas vacaciones prolongadas, una vivienda temporal o una asignación temporal de negocios. Nuestra casa está a poca distancia de la Escuela de Minas, el centro de Golden Colorado, y está cerca del tren ligero.

El primer piso incluye una cocina moderna, espaciosa y bien equipada con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos nuevos, y barra de desayuno, comedor, sala de estar con chimenea de gas, dos dormitorios, cuarto de baño con encimeras de mármol, todas las ventanas nuevas, y patio cubierto delantero. El nivel del jardín incluye una sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana, dos dormitorios, cuarto de baño con encimeras de mármol, y lavandería. La propiedad cuenta con hermosas vistas de la montaña Lookout y Monte Table e incluye un vallado en el patio trasero. El garaje para dos coches unifamiliar está limpia y diseñada para almacenar sus bicicletas, esquís y tablas.

La casa está completamente amueblada. Las comodidades incluyen un televisor de pantalla plana de 43 ", cable, Netflix e inalámbrico de alta velocidad.

Paradise in Golden

First of all…loved Golden! Perfect location on the Front Range and only 20 minutes to downtown Denver. Easy access to many wonderful hiking trails including the Clear Creek walking trail which was accessible by walking into town from the home. Golden provided us with all the culinary, café and brewery experiences we could hope for. The home itself is a beauty. Set up with every conceivable convenience as well as special touches of luxury with a classy and higher end decor. Peter and Carma, the hosts, are lovely people and very available for any questions or requests. There was a vegetable garden on the property which yielded a plethora of ripe and ready vegetables and required no attention from us as far as watering, etc. That was a real unexpected treat. All in all…a perfect Golden month!

The BEST

Everything about this property was perfect. The owners, the house, the amenities, the location......it was just what we wanted. The house was so organized and it had everything and anything we may have needed. The furnishings are top notch and the kitchen had more gadgets and appliances than I have at my own home. Peter and Carma are delightful. We received 8 inches of snow and they had the sidewalks and driveway shoved by 9am!!! We will definitely be back.

The best VRBO on this entire site!

I'm really not kidding when I say this was literally the best VRBO I have ever stayed at. My boyfriend and I spent about 30 days here and we were almost in tears having to leave so soon. Pete and Carma (and their son) were amazing hosts and ensured a completely stress-free stay for us. It felt like we were at a 5-star resort and we knew if we needed anything, Pete was just one text away and would be there in a heartbeat. The house itself was immaculate. Before you even entered the house, there is a beautiful garden filled with ready-to-eat vegetables including tomatoes, chard, carrots, cabbage, massive zucchini, basil, peppers. rosemary, and so much more! We definitely made use of the garden everyday and it helped cut down on grocery costs ha! Inside the house, you will find that it is extremely clean and it's completely stocked with everything that you could ever need. In the kitchen, there's new appliances (gas stove, large refrigerator, microwave, food processor, blender, etc). and tons of cooking supplies, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses. Enough plating for a large family! In the closets there were tons of extra sheets, blankets, towels, and everything that we needed. The house is super spacious with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and tons of living space and space for activities. There is also a 2-car garage with bike storage which made it very convenient for us. The location is also right in the heart of Golden. Walking distance to downtown, hikes, trails, running, biking, Golden creek. Everything you needed was only a 5-10 minute walk away. As I am writing this review, I am reminiscing on living in true paradise this past month. We wish we could go back. If you are interested in staying here, please stop reading and just book! Pete's place gets reserved extremely fast and it's no surprise. Hands down, the best stay we've ever had and I look forward to staying here again anytime I am in town!

Found Gold in Golden!!

I'm hesitant to write this review because I want to keep this gem of a home all to myself... But since it's the holiday season , I'll share the wealth and let everyone know that this is an absolutely incredible place to stay !! From it's impeccable furnishings to its beautiful location nestled below the Golden foothills, this house has it all. We spent a wonderful month here and lacked for nothing except for more time to stay . We've already booked our next trip back and can't wait to return! Thanks so much , Pete and Carma !

A beautiful home in a wonderful city with the ultimate owner made a great vacation!

The whole stay far exceeded our expectations. You can never be sure you will get what you see in the pictures but I can assure you with this house you get more! The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. Our favorite feature though may have been the fenced backyard with a grill, outdoor dining table and sitting area around a wood chiminea with great views of the surrounding hills. On top of that, Pete was a wonderful host who was flexible with our check in and check out, always responded quickly to messages and without us even asking brought over outdoor toys for our kids, fairy lights for the table outside and what seemed like an endless firewood supply for the chiminea . The house is also wonderfully situated within walking distance of the downtown area as well as the college. There are also countless hikes and other outdoor activities in the area. We cannot recommend this house (and the city of Golden) highly enough!

The house was extraordinarily lovely, light and spacious.

We harvested from the garden, sat in the backyard, used the BBQ and entertained by using the well equipped kitchen . Peter and Karma couldn’t have been more gracious. They lent us tubes and set us up to host brunch. The house was a great place for visiting friends and family. We couldn’t have been happier or more comfortable. Thank you Peter and Karma!

Perfect getaway

This house is perfect, my guys absolutely loved it. The owner spared no expense on the details of this home. It is layed out perfectly, just the right amount of open space and privacy all in one. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the views are spectacular. We can’t wait to use it again! The owner is very attentive to any needs and takes a lot of pride here! Thanks again for everything!

Perfect

Home is totally remodeled and perfect throughout with all new upscale appliances and fixtures. Totally stocked with all the comforts you could possibly expect. Peter and Carma are wonderful hosts and are very knowledgeable about the area and can inform you of a wide variety of nearby activities. Location is in quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Golden and the local college campus. Could not pick a better place to call home for as little as a few weeks or as long as a few months as we did. If you need temporary housing in the Denver area, don’t procrastinate as I am sure this place books up well in advance. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Enjoy!

Beautiful remodel, great hosts

My husband, two kids and I stayed here for 2 months while in the process of relocating to Colorado. This is a beautiful remodel, nicely furnished with every nice touch you could think of (completely stocked kitchen for cooking, hangers, an initial supply of coffee, kitchen essentials, shampoo, etc). The house is in a nice, quiet, residential area of Golden, within walking distance of downtown, restaurants, etc. It has a large, flat yard for the area, and a two car garage. The house is beautiful, lots of nice light and really nice finishes and is in tip-top shape. It has two bedrooms on the main floor and two more in a very bright, daylit basement. There is a full bathroom on each floor. The owners are extremely nice, accommodating, flexible, and responsive. I would highly recommends this rental, I have stayed in many short-term furnished rentals over the years and this is one of the best.

Carma has done an amazing job remodeling the rental property. The house is completely updated, beautiful, and very comfortable.
