¡Espectacular cabaña en Summer Village!

Esta casa tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones perfectas comenzando con una excelente ubicación dentro de la comunidad Summer Village. Se hace copias de seguridad de los bosques con mucha privacidad y sólo tiene otras dos casas en su clúster. Tiene una ubicación céntrica en el complejo por lo que es conveniente para llegar a las piscinas y todos los otros servicios. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio y el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama litera con una cama de tamaño completo en la parte inferior y un doble en la parte superior. También hay cama nido doble debajo de la cama litera. Esta casa fue recientemente adquirido y los nuevos propietarios han hecho un buen trabajo de su actualización. El exterior ha sido recién pintado .Las plantas sala de sol han sido reemplazados con una mirada de madera en vez de alfombra. Hay un nuevo juego de comedor en el porche. También reemplazaron la TV y todos los artículos más pequeños como lámparas, etc. Las mejoras para el 2019 son un nuevo televisor de pantalla plana en el dormitorio principal, ollas y sartenes nuevas, cafetera Keurig nueva, segundo dormitorio repintado para iluminar y reemplazar las persianas y toalleros nuevos en el baño.

Great cottage with everything thought of

We had a great time for our week in Wells! The cottage was clean and nicely decorated. It was helpful that drawers and cabinets were labeled, so we could find everything we needed. The list of recommended restaurants and attractions was very helpful as well. Thanks for an awesome vacation!

Superbe séjour en famille

Nous avons ete tres satisfait du logement, de sa propreté et de son emplacement. Nous etions dans un petit cul de sac et avec de jeunes enfants cetait parfait pour leur securite. Le logement contient tout ce quil faut pour la cuisine et pour occuper les enfants! Les installations du site ( piscines, parc) sont egalement tres bien et tout est propre! Le seul bemol est laspect du recyclage. Il n'y en a pas. Pour se rendre a la plage, est preferable d'y aller en auto. Pas du tout l'ideal pour prendre une marche avec des enfants. fonctionnels.

Blue Lobster

We had a great week in Wells and our stay at the Blue Lobster. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the decor and coziness of the cottage. The resort had plenty for us to do- three pools, hot tub, game room and more. Sufficient room for 2 adults and a teenage boy. Highly recommend it for all who like the comforts of a resort.

Great cottage in the perfect location.

The cottage was perfect for our family getaway and we loved the location! Within the cottage development, it was a short walk to the playground and to the family pool, which made it easy for spur of the moment decisions to go swimming. The cottage was centrally located within Wells with lots to do in the area. The cottage itself was very clean, we loved all the Maine decorations, and especially loved sitting around the big table in the porch area for our meals. The property manager/host was very communicative and responsive. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

Pleasant Vacation Home

The home is part of a gated resort of about 300 identical homes. This one seems more private than most as it backs up to woods. The place is comfortable, clean and well-equipped and the community is very quiet and convenient to many local attractions, beaches, and restaurants. The local area has a lot to enjoy, though parking near the beach and in Ogunquit is limited and pay lots are expensive.

Girls getaway

We had a wonderful time in Wells, ME. The location was perfect for sightseeing. We visited Kennebunkport, Nubbles Lighthouse, Ogunquit beach, Wells beach, Perkins cove and so many more shops in between. We ate Lobster 🦞 every day and night. Going to Maine and eating Lobster was #1 on my mom's bucket list. My dad passed away in April of this year 2021, so this was a much needed vacation.

Best Vacation Ever

It was amazing—the property well kept. Our cottage was so clean and there was nothing we needed. The decor was nice and relaxing. Any questions we had were answered quickly. And we were provided with an amazing amount of information about recommendations for eating and visiting. The property was so quiet and we loved the location of our cottage. We had wonderful neighbors who also gave us a lot of suggestions of what to do😊

Wonderful Cottage

The cottage was just as pictured and included so many great little details such as coffee pods, games, books, even outlet covers for our newly walking baby. The unit was very clean and everything was in great condition. The weather was hot and humid during our August stay but there were multiple fans in each room as well as the a/c unit in the living room which easily cooled the entire unit. The location within the resort is perfect, very close to one of the pools and yet set back and private. Our friends rented a cottage down the hill in the same complex so it was fun to meet them at the beach (Drakes Island was our favorite) or the pool for dinner in the evenings. This is a great spot for a pandemic friendly trip with family or friends.

Cute, beachie, and perfect for relaxation!

Loved this property! Everything we needed was there!! The pictures are a great representation of the cottage interior and exterior. The owners also provided thoughtful "extras" like umbrellas, beach towels, and a well-stocked pantry with first night kitchen essentials like spices, salt, sugar, etc. My husband and I felt like the location was well suited for us. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. The cottage is located in a group of 3 that backs up to the woods. It is shady and a great place to read and drink morning coffee. The two things we liked best about the Summer Village resort were the heated adult pool/hot tub area as well as the convenience of the resort trolley. We have been coming to Wells for the past 20 years and this is our favorite place out of the many places we've stayed in the past. We hope to return next year.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I stayed here with another couple in our family. This property was in a great location, with a little more privacy than some of the other cottages. The house was perfect, and felt more than comfortable for us 4. Outdoor amenities (pools/games/courts) were all close enough to walk to, but it was nice that the trolley ran through the resort often and we were able to hop on. We were pleased with the ease of check-in, and the communication with the property manager. We really enjoyed our stay, and felt it was a great location in Maine (close to Ogunquit/Kennebunkport & only 30 min trip to Portland). We all agreed that we will plan to come back!

Blue Lobster Heaven

Beautiful cottage. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. Absolutely loved the property. All three pools in 2-6 minutes walking distance (or you can take the property trolly). The cottage was tidy and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. I especially loved the Kurig coffee maker. The details and decorations were adorable. Easy and fast communication with the property manager.

An Excellent Property

My family and I loved our time at the Blue Lobster Cottage in the Summer Village Resort. It comfortably accommodated a party of five - two parents, two kiddos, and a grandma. All unanimously agreed that this cottage was perfect for us! The cottage was very clean, well decorated and ideally located within the resort and with access to local beaches and village shopping (and ice cream). It was also very quiet at night. Its location in the resort is very private and tucked back into the trees and away from the road, which honestly wasn't very busy to begin with. We could open windows at night and enjoy cool breezes. The areas of Wells and Ogunquit can honestly get quite busy so it was nice to escape to the quiet of the resort. We also appreciated the sunroom dining area that accommodated our party of five very comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with everything we'd forgotten and the laundry facilities in the cottage were incredibly useful. The pools, playgrounds, etc. at the resort were very nice and easily accessible with the resort trolley but one could also walk to everything. Overall, we had an excellent stay. We hope to make it a yearly tradition if we can. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Great experience

I’ve been vacationing in Maine for years and this was my first time renting a cottage. It did not disappoint! The cottage itself was equipped with everything one could possibly need. It was very clean, loved the decor, and the grounds of the small community were beautiful. It really was like being home away from home. I’m looking forward to renting again!!

The perfect little getaway!

My family and I had made a last minute decision to vacation in Maine. We had originally planned to vacation in Outer Banks, North Carolina but because of the hurricane our long awaited family vacation came to a screeching halt. I suggested to my husband we go to Maine since neither of us had been. My friend sent me the link to this app. We found The Blue Lobster and knew it was meant to be as my husband and children nicknamed my husband's truck The Blue Lobster when we first bought it. The cottage was everything we dreamed of and more. Very clean, well decorated, and we felt very welcomed. There even was a guide put together with a lot of details about everything we needed to know about the area around us for us to review. We loved being tucked away against a wooded area making it feel more private. I'd recommend this to any one. Family, couple, small kids, big kids, you name it - it works! Thanks for a great stay!

The owners, Kristen and Tim vacationed in the Wells/Ogunquit area for decades and in 2016 decided to purchase a vacation home of their own. They have furnished and decorated the cottage with comfort and relaxation in mind. They love it and hope their guests do, too!

Summer Village is close to so many beautiful beaches, shops, and restaurants. It is also close to grocery and drug stores. The complex has so many amenities and is very well maintained.
