We want you to know that this caught us off guard as well. Typically the regime notifies us in advance of any work being done on the property, and in this case we were not made aware of the construction until you brought it to our attention. We've since addressed the lack of communication directly with the regime to help prevent this from happening to future guests. We sincerely apologize for the noise, the disruption, and the poor timing of the crew's arrival, and we did provide a reimbursement in recognition of the inconvenience you experienced. We know that didn't undo the frustration of the situation, but we hope it reflected our sincere intent to make things right.
