Esta villa de 2,100 pies cuadrados tiene 4 habitaciones / 3 baños con una piscina y spa de gran tamaño, convenientemente ubicada en Hamlet at West Haven, una comunidad cerrada junto al Champions Gate Golf Resort (2 campos de golf) a la salida de la I-4, a solo 5 millas (1 salida de distancia en la I-4) a la puerta principal de Disney World. La villa cuenta con un paquete completo de parrilla, Internet de alta velocidad y sala de juegos.

Con 2100 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, la villa de Hamlet es muy espaciosa y luminosa, debida a los techos de sus catedrales y a los ventanales diseñados por el constructor número 1: US Home. Está lujosamente amueblado y bellamente decorado por el diseñador de interiores profesional. La villa cuenta con dos suites principales con su propio baño privado grande, uno con cama extra grande y otro con cama doble, dos habitaciones con dos camas individuales cada una y un sofá cama tamaño queen. Piso de madera en todas las habitaciones. Duerme cómodamente 2 a 10 personas.

La piscina y el spa orientados al sureste brindan el hermoso sol de Florida durante todo el día. Tanto la piscina como el spa se pueden calentar opcionalmente. El Lanai está completamente protegido para mantener alejados a los insectos mientras permite que entre la luz del sol. La piscina también viene equipada con una valla de seguridad para niños y una puerta.

Epic universe

The owner and property manager was great as always. This is our 4 time staying at one of there properties. The house is older and need updates but it had everything we need. Besides the decor all the beds where extremely comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi was awesome. The biggest issues was the pool screens missing but i can tell from looking at the pools in the neighborhood that they had the same damage. If you are going to epic its in a great spot to i4. Good shopping and restaurants nearby. I would stay again. If you looking for updated decor this is not the place. If you dont care like me its wonderful. It will sleep 10 people easily.

The property was clean and in good condition. The owners were great to contact us. Our kids loved the pool and are ready to move in permanently! Perfect place to stay for our large family Florida vacation.

Overdue Family Vacay

Overall we had a great stay at the villa! It was large and spacious and had lots of room for our family. Being pet friendly allowed us to also bring our senior dog. Looking forward to our next family vacation in the Orlando area!

It was okay

Ann and Gary are very nice and the place was okay but it does really need a deep clean, and there’s no cleaning supplies to clean it. The pool costs extra to hear which we didn’t know based on the listing so something to be aware of. Location was great and it’s awesome you can bring pets!

Perfect space and location

Property was clean, NO bugs seen at the property as per a past comment. House is located on a gated community with stores and restaurants nearby. Disney parks were close by which made it a good drive, construction on roads were an issue but nothing that can anyone do on that matter. This house has 3 full restrooms which made it perfect to get dressed and going. Perfect number of towels provided and all I can say my bed was so comfortable.

All you need for two weeks of relaxation!

This house has everything you need for any vacation! Mom got her jacuzzi going! The teenager got nice pool play! The toddler had cartoons on! Grown-ups shooting pool! Plenty of towels for the guests! All appliances working! One day at the parks, another relaxing by the pool! Definitely recommending! Thank you for having us!

Wonderful Stay!!

We had an amazing time in this Villa. The Villa was extremely clean upon our arrival. The pool was already warm. They also left a small amount of essential supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap) which most rentals don't do which was great after driving all night from MD and not having any room in the car to shop before we arrived. Ann was phenomenal and answered any of my questions quickly. The neighborhood was quiet and perfectly located to Disney, local restaurants, stores, and entertainment. We definitely recommend staying here and will be contacting Ann again next time we're heading to Florida! Thanks Ann for your wonderful Villa!

It’s everything for me with this listing

Everything was amazing from start to finish, I was kind of skeptical because of a negative review I seen but I was like mistakes happen and everyone deserves a second chance. I’m glad I followed my heart, this house exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back very soon!!

Dissapointed

Property needs updating. After travelling and renting in the Orlando area for 30+ years, this tops as one of the negative experiences my family has encounterd. Without going into details, the owner need to find a new management property agent. There was never a followup from an email or phone call after leaving a message. message. I willnaafolwitissues.

Spacious pool home

We stayed in this house for the entire month of February. It was perfect for our family of 5. It had room for everyone to spread out and large common areas. The pool heat was great, always nice and warm which was good since the kids were in it every single day! A pool service also came once a week to check the pool. Two other rentals on the street had problems with the pool heat so we were very glad ours worked without any issues. The community was great for the kids to bike, scooter, and roller blade around (it’s basically one big circle with some cross roads) the community park was small but we made use of it. We visited Disney and LEGOLAND with short drives to each, about 15-20 to Disney and 40 to LEGOLAND. Ann was wonderful to work with, I’d recommended their rentals to anyone!Hope to visit again!

Great stay and great location!

My original date was 2 days after Hurricane Irma. Ann was so gracious to change our date. We stayed for 9 days. The house was great. It had everything that we needed. House was clean and the location was perfect. It was minutes from the highway and close to shopping.The location was perfect. We went to Busch Gardens, SeaWorld and Universal Studios all easy to get to since it was so close to highway. Felt very safe in this quite gated community.We loved that there was no carpet anywhere! Had a 9 month old that was crawling so we knew the floors were clean. I have rented houses and the house smells from carpets. Only one negative that the queen bed could use a new mattress. All other beds were very comfortable. Received full deposit back within two weeks. No other complaints. Would stay again.

Overall comments

Our overall stay was great, the house had everything we needed so we only packed beach towels and our clothes. A couple of suggestions for the property are to place some mats outside on the tile because when it got wet it was EXTREMELY slippery, myself and kids all slipped atleast a couple times, I ended up putting some towels down to help. Also fix the sink sprayer or warn people not to use it and fix the pool and spa lights as they do not work, or at least we couldn't figure out how to turn them on or add some solar lights to the back porch to provide a little more lighting by the pool, we loved swimming at night but the lights would have been really nice. The screen around the pool has several holes which didn't create an issue but I was very concerned with creatures making their way inside but thankfully only little lizards/salamanders came in. A warning to people staying, bring extra toilet paper as they only give you one roll per bathroom and for a family of 6 that was not enough for 6-7 day stay. Neighborhood was very nice and we felt secure. Located near a lot of restaurants and stores and about 20-30 minutes from Disney which was nice! Beds were comfortable, spa heated up quickly which was nice for early mornings or after a long day of walking in Disney.

BEDBUGS AVOID BEDBUGS AVOID BEDBUGS AVOID

Every neg. review on this property is true. Grill, pool, missing items, game room, filth, etc. (I'd go on, but 1500 char limit) My first issue with this property was about a broken coffee pot.. The mgmt company said they would bring one, but never came. After waiting the entire day, Then I contacted the owner, about their mgmt company not bringing the coffee pot, about cleaning, and other issues. They ignored the cleaniliness issue, and said if I wanted coffee bad enough, go buy a coffee maker and send them a reciept for reimbursement. When we found the bedbug bites on my child and after we searched the bedding, and found a bedbug, We called The mgmt company who attempted to gaslight my wife saying we that aren't allowed to call an exterminator, and that they "just couldn't" get someone out to the house, and we were unreasonable to expect someone to come out the day we found it. Then they made an email comment to "loop in" their mgmt company saying "oh, you found a bedbug? We don't know anything about bed bugs." I called a local exterminator myself. They came and found mature bedbugs and other blood stains and molts, because they know what to look for. This is shown in the quote that I had the exterminators copy to the owners and VRBO. The gall of these owners/mgmt to refuse to show up *at all* and address a bedbug issue and act like we were were unreasonable to expect them to show up to the property the day we found the bedbugs or address *any* issue. AVOID!!!

Very outdated

This house was very dirty, dust all over the ceiling fans, hair balls everywhere, dryer lint wasn’t cleaned in who knows how long. Broken furniture that actually injured a member of my family, broken dishes, leather couches cut me. We went through a hurricane and neither the owner nor the property manager came by to make sure we where ok or even the house. Broken pool fence, no pool lights. Ceiling fans didn’t work. Broken outlets, holes in the wall from doors, broken tiles in the kitchen. Please this house needs a serious upgrade. I have even responded to email the owner sent about all the complaints never heard anything back. If anything breaks you are charged a fee for it. I wouldn’t stay here again nor with any property these owners own. Unless they did some serious upgrades. Beware!!!
