Great Location

Fun condo with great views. Very comfortable and clean. On-premise staff was very helpful. My quads were in much better shape after the week and the stairs (we counted 156), but Ubers were readily available. Highly recommended.

Wonderful views and accommodations!

The property has wonderful views out to the ocean and all the amenities you could ask for in the apartment. The property owner was amazingly helpful throughout our stay!

Owner was very good with communications - property manager quick to respond - close hike to the beach - beautiful ocean view from the patio - location close to the activities we enjoyed - hiking to waterfalls, swimming with dolphins in the wild- took in an act2 show which was really good!

The condo was amazing, just as pictured! Jose the property manager was great and always answered when we had questions or needed anything! Jim the property owner was always in touch via email and very helpful as well! Will definitely stay here again.

Booked a last minute trip. Very pleased with the interior space, the attentiveness of the owner and the on-site staff. Love the quiet location, too. You won't be disappointed in the neighborhoody feel of this smaller building.

Nice views, great location, neighborhood on a verdant hill, Mexican charm

Spacious rooms just right for 4 people, comfortable furniture and well equipped kitchen, airy balcony with awesome view of the bay. Very centrally located, close to great beaches, restaurants and nightlife. Great daily housekeeping service. Good exercise walking up and down the 60 or so steps to and from town.

Loved Jim's condo. Half a block from beach behind Blue Chairs and up on the hill means awesome views, great sunsets and 2 balconies! The master bed overlooks the bay and always has an awesome breeze

Beautiful Views, Short walk to the beach and downtown

This property displayed beautiful views of PV and a short walk to the beach and downtown. Everything you possibly need is within walking distance. Jim (owner) David (prop mgt) were both very tentative and willing to help however they could. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property for two weeks.

Well kept and very comfortable place; nicely furnished, very clean and well kept with great ocean view from living room/terrace and bedroom, well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and pleasant building staff. Steps go directly to Los Muertos Beach but going back we mostly "splurged" for taxis at $3.00 plus tip.

This was probably the best condo I have ever stayed in . The owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Just a short walk to the beach with the beach clubs. Everything was perfect. Beautifully decorated. Cleaning every day. Nice pool.

Nice place

The condo was nice. Beautiful view on the bay. Good and safe location but there are 71 steps to climb each time we came back to the condo. Staff was pleasant. The building is very near from route 200. Noisy traffic day and night.
