¡La unidad se ve increíble! Las 2 habitaciones tienen camas queen y no hemos escatimado en gastos para asegurarnos de que nuestros huéspedes se sientan como en casa. El dormitorio principal tiene su propio televisor de pantalla plana, así como un control remoto para controlar su ventilador y luz. El baño principal tiene una bañera de hidromasaje en caso de que desee relajarse después de un duro día en la playa. El segundo dormitorio también tiene un televisor de pantalla plana, así como un control remoto para el ventilador y la luz. Justo al lado del segundo dormitorio se encuentra la ducha con paredes de azulejos de vidrio y piso de piedra de guijarros negros naturales.
Una cocina totalmente equipada con hermosas encimeras de granito y todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable están a su disposición.
La sala de estar incluye un sofá cama Queen que nos da la oportunidad de hacer espacio para hasta 6 personas. También incluye un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 'con un sistema de cine en casa.

Good place in Kehie

Place is close to lot of eating places nearby. It was cozy to fit family of four. It was clean and well maintained. Host was easy to communicate with.

Excellent location

While our stay in Maui coincided with the wildfire (thankfully our family stayed safe) - we enjoyed staying at this condominium very much - across the street from an excellent beach and close to multiple restaurants. Would choose again!

Fabulous Vacation

We loved our stay in Maui and hope to return soon! Although we had a delayed checkin, everything else was perfect! Condo had everything we needed and good communication with the owner. Walking to the beach each night to watch the sunset was awesome!

The condo was very nice and close to a lot of the attractions in S. Kehei. Very close to the beach. Complex is clean and pool area well maintained. We would definately consider this property if we were to visit S. Kehie again.

Great Central Location

Easy access to all sides of the island. Must eat at 808 Deli and Kinaole Grill Food Truck within walking distance. Beach supplies are a nice addition. Lots of room, clean facilities. Great response time and very accommodating owner. Highly recommended.

Amazing

This condo was absolutely perfect for our recent stay in Maui over the last week. The place was clean, fully functional for a family or even two couples as each bedroom had bathroom access. In unit washer and dryer was amazing for the end of the trip and the proximity to the beach and fun was even better! Thank you for a great experience we will definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Maui!!

Fun in Kihei!

We were very pleased with the condo it was clean and well equipped with what you need for the beach to the kitchen. It is a short walk to the beach and centrally located to a other things. Check in was easy. There was no issues but any questions I had were answered quickly by the owner. The management company was informative. Both owner & management could not have been nicer. We would definitely stay here again if I can talk myself into taking that long flight again.

Great Condo, Owner super helpful but not the cleanest

Our family stayed at this condo for a week. It accommodated all of us well and was very close to Charley Young beach. They also provided beach chairs, umbrellas which was very helpful. The owner even allowed us to check in well before check in and we were really grateful about that. The only small issue we had was that the floors were really dirty, and we ended up cleaning them ourselves as they left dirt marks on the soles of our feet. Once we cleaned the floors, our stay was great, we all slept well and everything else seemed clean.

All around excellent

This condo has everything you could ever need. A short walk to Kam beaches and Charlie young. Inside of property was great. Mini-splits in all rooms for excellent climate control. Plenty of beach equipment, but no life jackets for the kids, so you’ll need to rent these as well as proper fitting snorkeling equipment, but otherwise all beach necessities included. Our family of 5 slept 2 in each bedroom, then one on the living room sleeper sofa. Property owner had excellent communication throughout and all in all just an awesome experience for our family.

Perfect place for low key family vacation

This is our second time staying at a condo in Pacific Shores. Just as our prior visit, this stay met all expectations. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and it had everything needed for a fun day at the beach. Though the ceiling fans were enough to keep the condo pleasant, the option to turn on the AC in the bedrooms to quickly cool them was nice. While our kids liked playing at Kamaole Beach Park I (a 5 minute walk away), they loved the complex's pool, which was clean and well maintained. After long days in the sun, we spent lazy evenings at the condo where we enjoyed playing the provided board and card games. Communications with Mike were easy and he responded promptly each time. We'd definitely stay at this condo again.

Look no further!

I was very impressed with this unit. It was updated with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. It was very spacious and bright. I loved the use of the beach gear! We were located on the third floor with a balcony. There was an elevator for use. The building had a pool hot tub and barbecue area. The unit came with a designated parking space for free. We were literally across the street from Charlie Young Beach! The shops and restaurants were a short stroll away. Mike the owner was reputable, reliable and easy to deal with! Thank you for a memorable and wonderful stay!

Perfect for us!

This was our first trip to Maui and wanted a comfortable home base from which to explore the island. This was exactly what we needed!! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed! Beach chairs and gear all provided for our beach days, and easily accessible to the highway for our hiking days. And we fell in love with Kihei!! Such a fun beach life vibe— get up early to run in the beach path, walk to coffee, and be on the go by 9! We would definitely stay here again! The pool looked nice— but my family didn’t use. The only thing I wished I had was a little bigger balcony for morning coffee, but it wasn’t a big deal. And we really liked the big granite island for our late night UNO tournaments! (Family of 5, three teens)

Perfect central location!

We stayed here in February of 2024. The condo was exactly as advertised, a perfect home base for our family of 5 as we explored Maui. The air conditioner works really well and didn’t take long to cool the entire unit. The check in process was seamless and we contacted on our first day by the management company to make sure we had everything we needed. The only star I docked was for the hot tub at the Pacific Shores building complex, it clearly hasn’t been working for some time and shows no effort to get it working again! But for us, only a minor inconvenience. The unit had all the little extras you would hope for - a pretty much fully outfitted kitchen, blow dryers, beach chairs and umbrellas, extra bedding, etc. it was everything we needed and was a perfect place to sit on the balcony in the morning listening to the roosters crow. Can’t wait to go back again!

Great Vacation and Very Nice Condo

We enjoyed a wonderful two weeks of vacation in Maui. This condo is centrally located making it easy to do everything we wanted to do. The beach, shops and restaurants are all in walking distance. South Kihei is our favorite part of the island to stay in, such an excellent location. This condo is very well maintained and had been recently remodeled with very nice finishings throughout, great appliances and stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen area was the greatest with its huge island and eating bar. The Condo complex had a very nice pool/jacuzzi and BBQ area that was kept very clean. The people at the complex were so friendly and we got to meet some of the full time residents there. Awesome people! The owner was absolutely wonderful to deal with and was so very helpful with any questions or concerns we may of had. We sincerely appreciated everything you done for us. Thank you so much! We enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend this condo. Would definitely love to stay here again when we return to Maui on our next Hawaiian vacation. Thank you so much for everything!

Great Accomodations on a Great Island

We spent 10 exquisite days here with our 2 girls (12 and 14). Tropical Storm Flossie put a bit of a dent in things for a good day and a half (stayed indoors) but there were no issues at our condo facility. The condo is as reported - fully and nicely renovated, very comfortable. Good beds, nice sheets, nice TV and sound system. The kitchen is well decked out, with tupperware so you can pack stuff for the beach or store leftovers in the fridge. And there is a great list of their favorite restaurants and whatnot with detailed instructions on distance by foot or car - a nice touch. Location is great - near pretty much everything you would need on foot or with a short drive. It's generally quiet at the condo building, so R&R is easy. Nice pool and jacuzzi as well. Having these great beach chairs, umbrella, a cooler, boogie boards, snorkels, etc...was real handy. Nice beach right across the street - a 3 to 5 min walk. Lots of good restaurants, too many to name. A simple, informal,and inexpensive lunch or supper treat is at Coconut's (fish & chips?) about 10 mins north by car. We would certainly stay here again. Mahalo for sharing your condo!

Stunning Condo and So Comfortable!

I stayed in this condo with my husband, 3 year old daughter, and mother. The remodel they did is beautiful! Air-conditioning is such a benefit as we have stayed in Maui before where didn't have it...The kitchen is stocked with every cooking utensil you can imagine. It was nicer than my own kitchen! The beds are comfortable. My husband slept on the sleeper sofa so I could sleep with my daughter and he said it was comfortable as well. The washer and dryer is large and great for washing towels. Speaking of towels, there were many towels for the bathrooms and beach. Other nice feature was that the Guest Bathroom Shower had a special lower- faucet just to rinse the sand off your feet. The location is great for walking to restaurants, shops, and services. We picked this specifically for my mother so she would have places to go with my daughter in the stroller. For those of you with little ones, there is a wonderful playground with an ocean view across the street from the Foodland grocery store - just a short walk away. I think we are all experiencing "Post-Vacation Depression" at the moment and looking forward to planning our next trip to Kihei. We definitely recommend Mike's condo!

Best Unit in the building

This condo is centrally located in Kihei within walking distance to many things, including the beach. It is well stocked with everything you need to make your stay wonderful. We met family and friends also staying in the same complex and our unit became the gathering place for group meals because it was the nicest. I felt it was a very good value.

Wonderful space for Families

Close to beach, playground a quick shop grocery. Great to have a pool available for toddlers and adults! Only suggestion-- please add a one step step stool to teh apartment to facilitate small peoples' reach to teh bathroom sink!

Great condo

Condo is in great condition, location is convenient to multiple beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Well equipped and has everything you'll need - beach equipment, kitchen utensils, and pretty much anything else you can think of. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

My brothers and I are like most people that visit Maui, we fell in love with the place and its people. We're Canucks from eastern Canada, that enjoy spending time with each other and were looking to find a place that we could all enjoy together as a family. With this in mind we decided to make the move and purchased the unit in early 2012 and over the Summer and early Fall had the place completely renovated. We are now pleased to have a place on the beautiful island of Maui to offer to our family, friends and future guests. We're extremely happy with the results and we're sure you'll agree, so go ahead and book with us - you'll be happy you did!

The main reason we decided on this property was its proximity to almost everything you can imagine. Once you get to the unit, you virtually don't need a car as most everything is within a short walk of the front door. The beach across the street is truly awesome. It appeals the type of beach that appeals to almost everyone. You can walk to the left or right and find places to eat, shop, party, you can swim, snorkel, stand up paddle, surf, and you can sit by the pool, read a book or watch the ever beautiful daily sunset while sitting on the beach.
