As our guest, you’ll enjoy access to the amenities of Locust Lake Village, a quiet and family-friendly community in the heart of the Poconos. Activities and amenities include:

• Lakes with sandy beaches, fishing docks, and boating
• Tennis, volleyball, bocce, and basketball courts
• Scenic walking trails and multiple playgrounds
• Winter sledding hill and ice skating
• Seasonal community events like concerts, BBQs, fireworks, and bingo nights

We provide 8 complimentary amenity wristbands per property (16 total). These are required for guests age 12 and up who plan to use the community facilities. You are not required to purchase or wear wristbands if you don’t plan to use the amenities.

📝 Age Requirement, Rental Agreement & Guest Registration 📝

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay. After booking, the primary renter will be asked to sign a rental agreement and complete a Google Form to provide guest details for HOA registration.

You will not be able to access the community without being registered.

🐾 Dog-Friendly Stay 🐾

We love hosting furry companions! The Camp Cottontail Collection is dog-friendly for up to 2 well-behaved dogs per stay.

• A $75 per pet, non-refundable pet fee will apply, payable prior to arrival
• Dogs must be house-trained, remain off furniture and beds, and not be left unattended unless crated
• Please clean up after your pets indoors and outside to help us keep the homes fresh and welcoming

Our homes are in a semi-wooded area near the lake. You may see deer, small animals, and occasionally bears. Insects are common in this environment—despite regular professional pest control, some may be present, especially in warmer months.

🔇 Rules & Policies 🔇

• Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am
• No parties, no smoking, and absolutely no glitter (it really gets everywhere)
• Tampering with security cameras or Wi-Fi equipment will result in a $500 fee and/or immediate termination of your stay
• Firm cancellation policy — we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance
• The downstairs kitchen/laundry room at the lake adjacent home is for laundry use only. Guests are not permitted to use the sink, stove, fridge, microwave, cabinets, or any other items in this space. Only the washer and dryer are available for guest use.
